Foreword
This standard is a revision of JB/T6672-1993 "Technical Conditions for Hot Air Stoves". Compared with JB/T6672--1993, the main technical content of this standard has changed as follows: added requirements for coal loaders, grates, slag removers and heat exchangers; except for steel consumption and heat exchange per megajoule The hot air resistance power consumption index in the hot blast stove; the thermal efficiency index has been adjusted, the service life index and the air tightness index between the air side and the flue gas side have been added; the noise index and overload operation index of the hot blast stove have been adjusted. This standard replaces JB/T6672-1993 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and administered by the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The units responsible for drafting this standard are: China Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences, China Agricultural Engineering Research and Design Institute, China Agricultural University Zhengzhou Huanghe Boiler Auxiliary Machinery Factory, Shanghai Xinxiang Hot Air Stove Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Lin Jintian, Cui Yuanbo, Liu Desu, Zhao Shumei, Jiang Zhiwei. This standard was first published in 1993 and revised for the first time in June 2001. 1

2 When measuring the thermal efficiency of hot blast stoves, the ambient temperature is required to be ≥0℃ (below zero When the ambient temperature is measured, appropriate conversion can be made). 3. It is required that the thermal efficiency attenuation value of the hot blast furnace during the operation cycle does not exceed 5% of the initial installation period. 3.2.3 The hot air outlet of the hot blast stove and the flue gas inlet of the heat exchanger should be equipped with temperature measurement and display devices. For large and medium-sized machine-fired hot blast stoves, an operation control system should be equipped to ensure that the outlet hot air temperature difference is within ±5°C. For hand-fired stoves, the outlet hot air temperature is required to be within ±10°C during stable operation [power is 2093.5MJ/h ( 500,000 kcal/h) or above, it is recommended to use the machine burning method]. 3.2.4 For a hot air stove with rated power, it should be able to work continuously for no less than 2 hours while keeping the speed of the air side channel fan unchanged and increasing the maximum output hot air temperature by 15%. 3.2.5 The main part of the combustion chamber should be guaranteed to have no structural damage within 20,000 hours of operation, and the heat exchanger (including integrated hot blast furnace) should be guaranteed to have no structural and air tightness damage within 10,000 hours of operation. 3.2.6 The pollutant emissions from hot blast stoves should comply with the provisions of 4.1~4.4 in GB13271-1991.
