GB/T18247.6 Main flower product grades 3 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this part of NY/T1656. 3.1 Bulbs Planting materials used to produce bulbous flowers, which are formed by the metamorphosis and expansion of the underground part of the plant and store a large amount of nutrients. According to the source and morphology of the bulbs, they can be divided into bulbs, corms, tubers, rhizomes and tuberous roots. 3.2wwW.bzxz.Net ComprehensiveexpressionWhether the bulb is fully developed, showing the unique color, shape, elasticity and uniform size of the bulb. 3.3 Girth The circumference of the bulb perpendicular to the growth direction. 4 Requirements 4.1 Environment Should comply with the provisions of 4.1 in NY/T1656.2. 4.2 Tools Ruler, accurate to 0.1cm; caliper, accurate to 0.01cm; magnifying glass; colorimetric card, using the chromatographic standards of the Royal Horticultural Society of the United Kingdom, 4.3 Inspection personnel Should master the species or variety characteristics of various flower bulbs, and understand the quality problems that are prone to occur in the production and circulation of various flower bulbs. The number of personnel should meet the provisions of 4.3.4 on sensory inspection in NY/T1656.1. 5 Sampling Samples shall be randomly drawn from the finished product warehouse or production site. Market sampling shall check the product certificate or the qualified products confirmed by the distributor; the samples drawn from the production base shall be finished products: the same origin, the same harvest period, the same variety, the same specification, the same processing and storage method NY/T1656.7-2008 and the products that have been fully mixed shall be regarded as a test batch. 5.1 Batch The maximum batch of each test batch is 150,000 seeds. If the maximum batch value is exceeded, the provisions of 5.5.3 of NY/T1656.1 shall apply. The maximum mass of bulbs in a test batch shall not exceed 20,000 kg. If it exceeds 5%, another batch shall be drawn. 5.2 Sampling frequency The same as the provisions of 5.2 of NY/T1656.2. 5.3 Sampling quantity The number of test samples shall not be less than 50 bulbs. The sampling quantity shall be 2 to 3 times the test quantity. For boxed bulbs, first sample the box, and then randomly select 10 bulbs from the top, middle and bottom of each box. For loose bulbs, sample bulbs according to mass, see Table 1. Table 1 Bulb sampling table Bulk bulbs Bulk bulbs Less than 5 boxes 6 boxes to 30 boxes 31 boxes to 400 boxes More than 401 boxes Less than 500kg 501kg to 3000kg 3 001 kg to 20 000 kg More than 20001kg 5.4 Sealed samples Sampling quantity Every box is sampled. Select 5 boxes, or 1 box for every 3 boxes, whichever is the largest of these two sampling intensities. Select 10 boxes, or 1 box for every 5 boxes, whichever is the largest of these two sampling intensities. Select 80 boxes, or 1 box for every 7 boxes, whichever is the largest of these two sampling intensities. Take at least 50 bulbs Take 10 bulbs for every 300kg, but not less than 50 bulbs. Take 10 bulbs for every 500kg, but not less than 100 bulbs. Take 10 bulbs for every 700kg, but not less than 400 bulbs. Wrap with paper and put into cartons and seal on the spot. 5.5 Transportation The personnel will take the samples back after sealing, or ask the inspected unit to deliver them to the inspection site within the specified time. 5.6 Storage method If the samples cannot be inspected immediately after receiving them or need to be temporarily stored for re-inspection, they should be stored under appropriate conditions according to the type of bulbs. 6 Inspection methods 6.1 Distribution of samples Same as the provisions of 6.1 of NY/T1656.2. 6.2 Inspection methods 1) Varieties: Identify according to the variety characteristics of the bulbs. Field tests can be conducted if necessary, according to the method specified in 5 of NY/T1656.5. 2) Overall feeling: Visually evaluate according to the shape, color, elasticity, etc. of the bulbs. Bulbs: Excellent: The bulbs are full, the internal buds develop normally after dissection, the scales are tightly and neatly combined, and there are no gaps. -Unqualified: The appearance is dry and atrophied, the internal buds develop abnormally after dissection, and the combination between scales is loose and the gaps are large. Bulbs, tubers, roots, and rhizomes: Excellent: The bulbs are full, the surface is shiny and elastic, the internal tissues are tight after dissection, there is no water loss, dryness, the buds develop normally, and they have the unique color and smell of fresh bulbs. 1. Unqualified: Dry cancer, atrophy, abnormal development of young shoots. 3) Circumference: Use a soft ruler to measure the maximum circumference of the bulb and read the test value (excluding the bulb). The reading is accurate to 1cm. Use a vernier caliper 2 to measure, accurate to 0.01cm. NY/T1656.7-2008 Pests and diseases: Use the naked eye or instruments (magnifying glass, scalpel, etc.) to check the bulbs for lesions infected by bacteria or viruses. 4) Insects, mites, eggs, and other symptoms of pests and diseases, and culture tests are carried out when necessary. Virus testing is required for virus-free bulbs. 5) Frost damage and mechanical damage: Visual assessment. Uniformity: Calculate the percentage of the diameter of the tested samples within the specified classification range. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Judgment rules Same as the provisions of 8.1 in NY/T1656.2. 7.2 Judgment basis Judgment basis shall be in accordance with GB/T18247.6 or the contract provisions. There are three quality grades, and indicators below the third grade are judged as out-of-grade. 7.2.1 Judgment of single indicator grade: When a certain indicator in the grade division meets the evaluation indicators of two grades at the same time, it is necessary to decide which grade it belongs to based on whether the evaluation indicators of the indicator in the two grades are the same. If the indicator is different in the two grades, it should be assigned to the next grade, otherwise, it should be assigned to the previous grade. 7.2.2 Judgment of the grade of a single bulb of the sample: The evaluation of a single bulb is based on the lowest grade among the test results of all the single indicators of the bulb. 7.2.3 Judgment of the grade of the bulb inspection batch: The number of bulbs below this grade in each grade shall not exceed 5%. 7.3 Re-test The bulbs can be re-tested within 2 months. 8 Original records The content and format of the original records are shown in Appendix A NY/T1656.7—2008 Sample number Environmental conditions: temperature Testing instrument: Testing quantity (grains) Testing method: This test: Valid Invalid Sample situation Appendix A (Normative Appendix) Original record of bulbs Table A.1 Original record of bulb inspection First level (grains) Inspection location Second level (grains) Third level (grains) Judgment basis: Uniformity (%) Other measurements Quality grade: Inspector Verifier Inspection date year month Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
