This standard specifies the general requirements and test methods for plastic products of electrical equipment accessories. JB/T8458—1996
This standard applies to all plastic products (hereinafter referred to as products) that belong to the scope of accessories in complete sets of switchgear, electric control equipment and other electrical equipment. For products used in other places, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate and decide. 2 Reference standards

The model compilation shall comply with the provisions of ZBK62002. 3.2 The varieties and specifications shall be specified by the product standards of each type of product. 3.3 At present, the accessories of electrical equipment made of plastic products include terminal blocks, pre-insulated terminals, terminal numbers, wire ties, wire clamps, protective tapes, winding tubes, cable ducts, connectors, busbar racks and other products. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Normal working conditions
The upper limit of ambient air temperature is +40℃ or +55℃, and the lower limit is -5℃, -25℃ or -40℃. The specific value is specified by the product standard; a)
The pollution level is level 3;
The installation category is category 1 or category V, and the specific value is specified by the product standard: d)
The altitude is generally not more than 2000m, and the specific value is specified by the product standard. 4.2 General requirements

8) The surface color of the product should be uniform, smooth and shiny, without dark bubbles, cracks, warping, silver streaks, fusion streaks, over-ripening, under-heating and flashing defects. The size must meet the requirements of the drawing. b)
Products with text and symbol markings require that the text and symbol markings should be clear and durable. After the test, they should still remain clear; e)
Strip products should be soft and elastic. After the test, there should be no cracks. 4.2.3 Fire hazard performance
a) In order to make the product meet the performance requirements, filler materials are allowed to be added to its raw materials. Flame-retardant products should meet the fire performance requirements, and their performance indicators, sample quantity, installation method, severity level, etc. should be specified in the product standard. b) When the product adopts the GB5169.4 glow-wire test method, the test temperature is: 650℃, 750℃ or 960℃, and the specific selected value is specified by the product standard. The test duration is t, = 30s, and the glowing wire goes out within 30s after it is removed, that is, t≤t. + 30s, and the surrounding parts or the bottom layer below are not completely burned;
c) When the product adopts the needle flame test method of GB5169.5, the test flame application duration is: 5s, 10s or 20s, and the specific value is specified by the product standard. After the flame is removed, the duration of burning should be less than 30s. d) When the product adopts the Bunsen burner flame test method of GB5169.7, the test flame size is: test A or test B or test C, the test flame application duration: test A: 5s, 10s or 25s; test B: 15s, 30s or 60s; test c: 10s, 30s or 60s, and the specific value is specified by the product standard. The inclination angle of the burner is 45°, and after the flame is removed, the duration of burning should be less than 30s. 4.2.4 Comparative Tracking Index (CTI)
Insulating materials used as insulating parts should have a comparative tracking index (CTI) value that is generally not less than 175. CTI value: 175, 250, 400 or 600, and the selected value is specified by the product standard. After the test, the sample should reach its corresponding selected value. 4.2.5 Dielectric properties
Products used as insulating parts should be able to withstand the dielectric properties test of AC 50Hz, 1min, and the test voltage value is specified by the product standard in accordance with Article 7.2.2 of GB1497. During the test, there should be no breakdown or surface flashover. 4.2.6 Alternating damp heat resistance
Products used as insulating parts should be subjected to alternating damp heat test according to GB2423.4. High temperature 40℃, number of cycles: 2d or 6d, and the specific selected value is specified by the product standard. After the test, the insulation resistance shall not be less than 1.5Mn, and the dielectric performance test voltage value of 80% of the value specified in Article 4.2.5 shall be able to withstand the dielectric performance test for 1 minute. During the test, there shall be no breakdown or surface flashover. 4.2.7 Low temperature resistance
The product shall be able to withstand low temperature test of -10℃, -30℃ or -45℃, test time: 2h, 16h or 72h. The specific value is specified by the product standard. After the test, the sample shall be free of cracks, brittle fracture and other phenomena. 4.2.8 Temperature change resistance
The product shall be able to withstand the temperature change test under the following conditions: low temperature: -10℃, -30℃ or -45℃; high temperature: +70℃, +85℃, +100℃, +125℃ or +155℃; high temperature and low temperature holding time: 30min each; high temperature and low temperature exchange time: 2 to 3min, number of cycles: 5 times.
Specific values are specified by product standards.
After the test, the specimen should be free of deformation, cracks, etc. 4.2.9 Cracking and blistering resistance
Products made of polycarbonate (PC) materials should be able to withstand a 3-minute immersion test in a carbon tetranitride reagent solution. After the test, the specimen should be free of cracks and damage.
4.2.10 Tension resistance
For products that need to withstand tension, a tensile resistance test must be carried out. After the test, the specimen should be free of cracks or fractures. The specific tensile value is specified by product standard 84
.
5 Test method

5.1 General inspection
a) Dimension and appearance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of test 1a (visual inspection) and 1b in GB5095.2. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.1 and Article 4.2.2a;
b) Products with text symbols shall be subject to the durability inspection of the text symbols; Inspection method:
Immerse three samples in water and gasoline respectively for 2 hours, take them out and dry them, and inspect them by visual inspection. The samples shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.2b.
c) Each batch of strip products and wound tube products shall be subjected to bending inspection. Inspection method for strip products:
Put the strip product between two cylinders with a diameter equal to five times its thickness, bend it 180°, and then bend it 180° in the opposite direction. This is one cycle. Bend it for 10 cycles in total. Check it visually. The sample should meet the requirements of Article 4.2.2c. Inspection method for winding tube:
Stretch the 50mm long winding tube in the winding direction and then release it. This is one cycle. Perform 10 cycles in total. Check it visually. The sample should meet the requirements of Article 4.2.2c.
5.2 Latent fire hazard test
Select the appropriate fire hazard test method according to the actual situation of the product. When the glow wire test method is used, the test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5169.4. After the test, the sample shall meet the requirements of Article 4.2.3b.
When the needle flame test method is used, the test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5169.5. After the test, the sample shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.3c. When the Bunsen burner flame test method is used, the test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5169.7. After the test, the sample shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.3d.
5.3 Comparative tracking index determination
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4207. After the test, the sample shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.4. 5.4 Dielectric property test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.2.2.3 of GB1497. After the test, the sample shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.5. 5.5 Cyclic damp heat resistance test
According to GB2423.4. After the test, the sample shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.6. 5.6 Low temperature resistance test
Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.1. After the test, the sample shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.7. 5.7 Temperature change resistance test
Perform the test in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.22. After the test, the sample shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.8. 5.8 Cracking resistance immersion test
Pour the carbon tetrachloride reagent solution into the porcelain basin, put the product in for immersion, take it out after 3 minutes, and after the solution on the product evaporates naturally under atmospheric conditions, conduct an appearance inspection. The sample shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.9. 5.9 Tensile resistance test
Perform on a tensile testing machine, and the tensile speed, tensile fixture, installation method, etc. are specified by the product standard. After the test, the sample shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2.10.
6 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into type inspection, periodic inspection and factory inspection. 85
6.1 Type inspection

The purpose of type inspection is to verify whether the design and performance of the product meet the requirements of the standard. Type inspection must be carried out in the following cases: newly completed trial samples;
When the design performance or product quality is affected by changes in process, materials or structure: c)
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.1.1 Rules
Only when all samples are qualified in the sequential inspection can the type inspection be considered qualified. Only products that have passed the type inspection can be identified. 6.1.2 Items

Type inspection items should include all inspection items specified in the product standards. The inspection is carried out in groups, and each group uses a new sample. The grouping, items, sequence and number of samples for type inspection are specified by the product standards. 6.2 Periodic inspection
Periodic inspection is an inspection to verify whether the finalized product can maintain stable performance during the production process. The finalized product should be inspected once every 3 to 5 years. It is specified by the product standards. 6.2.1 Rules
Products used for periodic inspection must be randomly selected from batches of products that have passed the factory inspection. The periodic inspection adopts a sampling plan as specified in GB2829.
During the periodic inspection, if one inspection group fails, it is judged as unqualified for the periodic inspection. 6.2.2 Items
The inspection is carried out in groups, and each group uses a new sample. The periodic inspection items are selected from the type inspection items. The grouping, items, sequence and number of samples for periodic inspection are specified by the product standards. 6.3 Factory inspection
All products that are normally produced after passing the appraisal must be inspected before leaving the factory. Factory inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. One or two sampling plans can be adopted. The specific inspection grouping, sequence, items and number of samples are specified by the product standards.
Products must undergo factory inspection items. Size and appearance inspection (Article 5.1a).

The products should be packed in plastic bags or other similar materials and then placed in cardboard boxes. The product certificates should be placed in the boxes. Products in large quantities must be packed in dry boxes. The packing list and instruction manual should be placed in the boxes. The wooden boxes should be clearly marked. The markings should comply with the relevant provisions of GB191.
The packaged products can be transported by any means of transportation under the condition of avoiding the direct influence of rain and snow. The products should be stored indoors. Additional notes:
