The allowable unbalance shall comply with the G16 level specified in GB9239. 4.4.3
After the feeder is assembled, it shall operate flexibly, and the pre-cut feeder shall not be stuck when feeding on one side. After the clutch is assembled, it shall be flexible to operate, stable and reliable in engagement, and thorough in separation. The liquid medicine supply and alcohol spraying system shall be airtight, without leakage or air leakage. After the final assembly, all operating parts shall operate normally and smoothly. All fasteners must be tightened and shall not be loose. 5
Test method
According to the provisions of JB/T7136.2.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Each processor shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped after the certificate of conformity is issued. 6.1.2 Before the processor leaves the factory, it must be tested for no less than 30 minutes of idling at rated speed, and must meet the requirements of Articles 4, 4.1, 4.4.3, 4.4.4, 4.4.5 and 4.4.6. If there are any unqualified items, they can only leave the factory after being repaired and inspected. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a.
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, type inspection should be carried out at least once every 3 years; when the product is resumed after being discontinued for 3 years:
JB/T7136.1-93
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.2 Randomly select no less than 2 processors for inspection. 6.2.3 A normal inspection sampling plan is adopted, and the inspection batch N=2~8 units. The item classification, sampling plan and judgment rules are shown in Table 2. When the number of unqualified products inspected is less than or equal to Ac, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; when the number of unqualified products inspected is greater than or equal to Re, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
