Technical conditions
1. Subject content and scope of application
JB/T 6980.1-93
This standard specifies the plastic film and Technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and required storage of paper-pressed micro-adhesive signs. This standard applies to signs, tags, trademarks and decorative plates (hereinafter referred to as signs) that are based on plastic film and paper and whose adhesive layer is protected by applicable paper or film (hereinafter referred to as release paper), 2 cited standards | |tt||GB730

3 General technical requirements
3.1 Adhesive materials||tt ||Light fastness and weather resistance blue wool standard batch-by-batch inspection sleeve counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to inspection sleeves for violation of renewal batches) label
Plastic film and paper pressure-sensitive adhesive label test method 3.1 .1 The adhesive material must ensure that the sign is firmly adhered to flat, smooth, clean, oil-free and silicone-free metal and non-metallic surfaces without activation (such as the use of solvents or heat), and The bonded signs must not be wrinkled, curled, or torn.
3.1.2 The characteristics of bonding materials are divided into the following categories. They should be selected through negotiation between the supply and demand parties according to the usage requirements. a .Permanently bonded bonding material: Signs using this bonding material must require that the sign and the bonding matrix form an immovable and permanent combination:
b. Separable bonding material: Signs using this kind of adhesive material must be a solid combination of the sign and the bonding matrix, and the sign must be removed within one year of installation without the base being damaged: Note: This kind of For bonding materials, the internal density force of the bonding matrix is ??required to be greater than the adhesion force of the bonding material. Special adhesive material: Signs using this adhesive material must be able to bond to rough orange and/or non-polar C
surfaces (such as polyolefin surfaces).
3.2 Isolation paper
3.2.1 The isolation paper must be able to protect the bonding material from contamination and unintentional bonding. 3.2.2 The release paper must be easily removable from the finished sign without any pre-treatment. 3.2.3 The isolation paper must be climate-resistant. If the sign is packaged in a packaging container and stored within two years at 23 ± 2°C and a relative humidity (50 ± 5)%, it must not fall off by itself or appear tunneling. , and the combination is not allowed to be too tight to avoid the adhesive material falling off or the sign being damaged when it is removed.
3.3 Type, size, content, text, symbols and appearance of the sign 3.3.1 The type and size of the sign shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB/T13306 or the ordering drawing, 3.3.2 The content, text on the sign and symbols shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.6 of GB/T13306. 3.3.3 The size and line thickness of text and symbols should be neat, eye-catching, and evenly arranged, and should not be broken or blurred. 3.3.4 The color of the sign should be It should be clear and eye-catching, the color should be uniform, and there should be no overtones. For signs that are overprinted with two or more colors, the edges of the colors should be neat and clear, and there should be no gaps where the two colors meet. 3.3.5 Differences from the appearance requirements stipulated in this standard are allowed, but the difference must be indiscernible when viewed from a distance consistent with the purpose of use of the sign.
3.3.6 Appropriate methods are allowed, Such as applying varnish or covering film to protect the surface. 3.3.7 The adhesive layer softener and other substances are not allowed to flow or seep out to avoid contaminating the adhesive matrix. 3.3.8 In order to facilitate the writing of post-filled text, the surface or writing part of the sign must be treated accordingly. 3.4 Adhesion force

3.4 .3 The adhesion level shall be selected through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer based on the usage requirements and the surface conditions to be bonded. 3.5 Weather resistance
After the test in Appendix A (reference part), the bond remains unchanged and no bubbles, cracks or whitening are allowed. Mild discoloration or yellowing that does not affect readability is allowed. 3.6 Color light fastness
The color light fastness of the words and symbols on the surface of the sign should not be lower than level 4 specified in GB730 or the level agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. After the test, no bubbles, cracks or whitening are allowed. Mild discoloration or yellowing that does not affect reading is allowed. Other technical requirements for type 4 material film signs
4.1 Base material
4.1.1 The base material of plastic film signs should be elastic-plastic plastic film, such as vinyl polymer, polyester, polyacrylic acid Ester, mulberry nitrogen ester. The material must be evenly nailed and free of air turmoil, moisture, fold points and other defects. 4.1.2 The surface of the film is allowed to be protected with a colored covering layer that is sensitive to ultraviolet radiation. 4.1.3 Color cords, coatings and metal powders that are resistant to weather and sunlight are allowed to be used on the film. If metal powder is coated on the film or metal suspension is vacuum-plated, the resistance of the surface of the metal layer must be large enough to prevent electric bridges from occurring, depending on the application. Even if the voltage contacts the edge of the sign, it is not allowed to occur. transmission route. 4.2 Bonding materials
In addition to the bonding materials specified in Article 3.1.2, the following bonding materials can also be used: a. Sliding bonding materials: signs using this bonding material can be removed after the isolation After the paper is applied, it is required to be able to slide freely on the bonded substrate, and the sign can be accurately placed in the desired position without using auxiliary means before pasting: b. Reset adhesive material: Signs using this adhesive material are required to be in The bonding process must allow the sign to be removed and reattached. The signage will not be damaged or deformed.
4.3 Scratch resistance strength of text and symbols
Under the specified climatic conditions (see Appendix A), after friction test, the sign will not break, the text and symbols will not fall off, and will remain intact, clear, Recognizable.
4.4 Dimensional stability
The shrinkage rate of standard parts affixed to the substrate should not exceed 2.2 after being subjected to the specified climate system <see Appendix A) test||tt ||4.5 Liquid resistance
JB/T 6980.1-93
According to the usage requirements, the signs are resistant to the liquids listed in Table 3. After the test, the bonding remains unchanged and no occurrence is allowed. Bubbles, cracking and other phenomena, the liquid name should be specified when ordering. Table 3

5 Other technical requirements for paper signs
5.1 Base material
5.1.1 The base material of paper signs can be painted or unpainted paper. The strength of the paper must be strong, and the paper composition must be uniform. No folds, wrinkles, cracks and inclusions.
5.1.2. The surface of the material is allowed to be coated with light pigments. Surface treatments such as spray plating and glazing are allowed. 5.2 Adhesive materials
In addition to the provisions in Article 3.1.2, the adhesive materials for paper signs can also use low-overflow adhesive materials. Signs using this kind of adhesive material must require the sign to be in the air channel. It is bonded when the temperature of the pasting substrate is lower than 4℃. 6 Test methods
