When roller and sprocket bearings are made of GCr15 and GCr15SiMn, the steel material shall comply with the provisions of YB9. For special requirements, the outer ring can be made of carburized bearing steel G20CrMo, and the steel material shall comply with the provisions of GB3203. 4.3 Heat Treatment Hardness
4.3.1 The hardness of the inner ring and rolling element of roller and sprocket bearings shall comply with the provisions of GB307.3. 4.3.2 The hardness of the outer ring is HRC55~60. For the double hardness type, the outer ring outer diameter surface hardness is HRC30~42, the raceway hardness is HRC58~62, and the raceway hardening layer of the GCr15 steel outer ring is about 3mm. 4.4 Surface Roughness of the Matching Surface
The surface roughness of the inner ring inner hole surface and the end face of the roller and sprocket bearings shall comply with the specifications of the 0-grade tolerance bearing in GB307.3. The surface roughness of the outer ring is Ra1.6μm, and the end face is Ra3.2μm. 4.5 Rolling elements
4.5.1 The tolerance grade of the steel ball shall not be lower than the G28 grade specified in GB308. 606

If the user has special requirements for axial clearance, please refer to the provisions of Table A1 in Appendix A. 4.6.2
4.7 The grease for roller and sprocket bearings shall comply with the provisions of GB7324. The amount of grease injected shall be more than 70% of the effective space inside, and the grease must be injected into the raceway.
4.8 Other requirements
4.8.1 The surface of roller and sprocket bearing parts shall not have cracks, sharp angles, burrs and obvious bumps. 4.8.2 Both ends of the bearing must be sealed and dustproof with sealing rings or dust covers. The sealing ring or dust cover shall not extend beyond the end face of the inner ring, and shall not be loose or fall off. The dust cover shall not be in contact with the retainer and inner ring at any position. 4.8.3 The roller and sprocket bearings shall rotate flexibly without blocking. 4.8.4 The residual magnetism of roller and sprocket bearings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6641. 4.8.5 The roller and sprocket bearings shall comply with this technical condition. If the user has special requirements, they shall be stated in the drawings. 5 Reliability and load requirements of roller and sprocket bearings 5.1 The calculation of the basic rated static load and basic rated dynamic load of roller and sprocket bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4662 and GB6391. 5.2 The crushing load of roller bearings shall not be less than 5 times the basic rated static load. 5.3 The reliability assessment of roller and sprocket bearings shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 607
6 Measurement methods and inspection rules
