According to the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's "Notice on Issuing the 1998 National Standard Formulation and Revision Plan (Second Batch)" (Jianbiao [1998] No. 244), the China Academy of Building Research, together with relevant units, has revised the "Concrete structure engineering construction quality acceptance code". Our ministry organized relevant departments to review the code and now approved it as a national standard with the code number GB50204-2002, which will be implemented on April 1, 2002. Among them, 4.1.1, 4.1.3, 5.1.1, 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.5.1, 6.2.1, 6.3.1, 6.4.4, 7.2.1, 7.2.2, 7.4.1, 8.2.1, 8.3.1, 9.1.1 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly enforced. The original "Concrete Structure Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code" GB50204-92 and "Precast Concrete Component Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard" GBJ321-90 are abolished at the same time. The Ministry of Construction is responsible for the management and interpretation of the mandatory provisions of this code, the China Academy of Building Research is responsible for the interpretation of the specific technical content, and the Standard and Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction organizes the China Building Industry Press to publish and distribute it. This specification is based on the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's "Notice on Issuing the 1998 National Standard Formulation and Revision Plan (Second Batch)" (Jianbiao [19981244]), and was revised by the China Academy of Building Research in conjunction with relevant units from Chapter 5 of the "Construction Engineering Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard" GBJ301-88, the "Precast Concrete Component Quality Inspection and Assessment Standard" GBJ321-90, and the "Concrete Structure Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code" GB50204-92.
During the revision process, the compilation team carried out special research and engineering pilot applications, conducted relatively extensive investigations and studies, summarized the practical experience of my country's concrete structure engineering construction quality acceptance, adhered to the guiding principles of "separation of inspection and assessment, strengthening acceptance, improving means, and process control", and widely solicited opinions from relevant units in various ways, and finally finalized after review.
The main contents of this specification are: the acceptance standards, contents and procedures for the construction quality of concrete structure engineering and its sub-projects; the quality management and quality control requirements of the construction site; witnessing and sampling inspection involving structural safety. This specification may need to be partially revised in the future. The information and content of the relevant partial revisions will be published in the "Engineering Construction Standardization" magazine.
The provisions marked with boldface in this specification are mandatory and must be strictly enforced. 3 Basic provisions
3.0.1 The quality management of the concrete structure construction site should have corresponding construction technical standards, a sound quality management system, construction quality control and quality inspection system. Concrete structure construction projects should have construction organization design and construction technical plans, which should be reviewed and approved. 3.0.2 Concrete structure sub-division projects can be divided into two categories according to the construction method of the structure: cast-in-place concrete structure sub-division projects and prefabricated concrete structure sub-division projects: according to the classification of the structure, they can also be divided into reinforced concrete structure sub-division projects and prestressed concrete structure sub-division projects. Concrete structure sub-division projects can be divided into formwork, steel bars, prestressed, concrete, cast-in-place structure and prefabricated structure sub-division projects.
Each sub-project can be divided into several inspection batches according to the principle of being consistent with the construction method and convenient for controlling the construction quality, based on the work shift, floor, structural joint or construction section. 3.0.3 The quality acceptance of the concrete structure sub-division project shall be based on the qualified acceptance of related sub-projects such as steel bars, prestressed concrete, cast-in-place structures or prefabricated structures, and quality control data inspection and visual quality acceptance shall be carried out, and witness inspection or structural entity inspection shall be carried out on the materials, test pieces, construction processes and important parts of the structure involving structural safety.
3.0.4 The quality acceptance of the sub-project shall be based on the qualified acceptance of the inspection batches contained therein, and the quality acceptance record shall be checked.
3.0.5 The quality acceptance of the inspection batch shall include the following contents: 1 Physical inspection shall be carried out in the following manner:
