Mechanical Industry Standard Service Network: http/AvwwJB.ac.cn1062 When there are more than two explosion-proof cranes in the same span, the explosion-proof cranes should be equipped with anti-collision and buffer devices. The buffers should be made of non-metallic materials, and the surface resistance of the non-metallic buffer materials shall not be greater than 10°2. 5.4.3 The brake should be installed inside the flameproof enclosure. 5.4.4 The explosion-proof crane, including the trolley running mechanism, should be stable during the starting and braking process, and there should be no wheel slippage and visible sparks. 5.4.5 The trolley running track and trolley running track (if any) of the explosion-proof crane should be welded, and the weld should be polished flat. When non-welded connection is used, the lateral misalignment and height difference of the two tracks at the joint should not be greater than 0.5mm, and the gap of the joint should not be greater than 1mm. The track and wheel tread should be smooth, flat and free of rust. 6 Test
The whole machine test shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant contents of GB3836.1~3836.3, JB/T1306, JB/T2603 and JB/T3695. 7 Inspection rules
