4.11 The motor should be able to withstand the maximum torque value specified in Article 4.7 (including tolerance) for 15s without sudden speed change, stalling and harmful deformation under hot state and gradually increasing torque. At this time, the voltage and frequency should be maintained at the rated value. 4.12
The motor shall be able to withstand an increase in speed to 120% of its rated value for 2 minutes without any harmful deformation under no-load conditions. The insulation resistance of the stator winding of the motor shall not be less than 1.0M in the thermal disturbance state or after the temperature rise test. 4.14 The stator winding of the motor shall be able to withstand a withstand voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown. The test voltage frequency is 50 Hz and is as sinusoidal as possible. The effective value of the voltage is 1500V. When inspecting and testing motors produced continuously on a conveyor belt, the test time may be shortened by 1s, and the effective value of the test voltage is 1800V.
4.15 The stator winding of the motor shall be able to withstand an insulation impulse withstand voltage test without breakdown. The impulse test voltage (peak value) is 1800V.
4.16 After the stator winding of the motor has been tested for six cycles according to the 40°C alternating damp heat test method specified in GB12665, the insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.22Mn, and it shall be able to withstand 85% of the test voltage specified in Article 4.14 for 1 minute without breakdown. 4.17 The effective value of the vibration velocity measured when the motor is no-load shall not exceed 1.8mm/5.4.18 The noise value of the A-weighted sound power level measured when the motor is no-load shall not exceed the value specified by the grade selected in Table 15 when ordering, and the tolerance of the noise value is +3dB(A). 4.19 During the inspection test of the motor, the no-load and locked-rotor current and loss shall be within a certain value range, which shall ensure that the motor performance complies with the provisions of Articles 4.4 to 4. of this standard. 4.20 During the starting and operation of the motor, the capacitor terminal voltage shall not exceed its maximum allowable voltage. 8

5. 3 Type tests must be conducted in any of the following situations: when the motor is manufactured after identification and finalization; when the design or process of the motor is changed enough to cause certain characteristics and parameters to change; when the inspection test results and the previous type test results have an unacceptable deviation; the batch-produced motors are regularly tested, once a year. When the number of tests required is too large, the test interval can be appropriately extended, but at least once every two years. The type test items of the motor include: all items of the inspection test: the rise test: the determination of efficiency and power factor: short-term over-torque test; the determination of the maximum torque; the determination of the minimum torque during the starting process: overspeed test! 5.5 When conducting type tests, the withstand voltage test of the stator windings against the casing and each other should be carried out when the motor temperature is close to the operating temperature, and should be carried out after the insulation resistance test, overspeed test and short-time overtorque test of the stator windings. 5.6
The mechanical inspection items of the motor include:
Rotation inspection, when the motor rotates, it should be smooth and brisk without stagnation; appearance inspection, check whether the motor is assembled completely and correctly, and the surface of the motor is complete and uniform, without stains, damage, cracks, etc.;

Inspection of installation dimensions, external dimensions and key dimensions, the installation dimensions and external dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.B.1 of this standard, and the key dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.8.2 of this standard; d. Inspection of runout, parallelism and flatness of the foot support surface and key symmetry: the runout shall comply with the provisions of Articles 3.3, 3 and 3.8.4 of this standard. The parallelism and flatness of the foot support surface shall comply with the provisions of Articles 3.8.5 and 3.8.6 of this standard respectively. The key symmetry shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.8.7 of this standard. The parallelism and symmetry of the foot support surface can be checked on the parts. 5.7 During the inspection test, a and b of Article 5.6 of this standard must be checked for each unit, and i and j of Article 5.2 and c and d of Article 5.6 can be checked randomly. 6.4 The motor shaft extension key, maintenance instructions (at least two copies for a batch of motors of the same type for the same user) and product certificate should be provided to the user along with each motor.
6.5 The motor shaft extension key must be tied to the shaft, and the shaft extension and key surface must be rust-proof and protected. Flange-type motors must be rust-proof and protected on the flange processing surface. 6. The motor packaging should be able to ensure that under normal storage and transportation conditions, it will not be damaged by moisture and damage due to poor packaging within one year from the date of shipment.
