Shipbuilding Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China CB/T3782-1996 Paint Product Material Classification and Code 1996-12-23 Issued 1997-06-01 Implementation CB/T3782-1996 With the rapid development of my country's shipbuilding industry and its efforts to be among the world's advanced shipbuilding countries, my country must improve the level of modern management in terms of shortening the shipbuilding cycle, increasing the total shipbuilding volume, and reducing the shipbuilding cost, and demand speed, efficiency, and benefits from management. To improve the management level of enterprises, computer-assisted management is indispensable, such as material management, financial cost management, quota management, target cost management, etc. The application of computers for auxiliary management must have a standard and unified code system to realize the repeated use of information once input. In the code system of an enterprise, the material code has the largest workload and is a very important code. Therefore, a standard and unified material code is a very important basic work to achieve computer-assisted management. In 1985, China State Shipbuilding Corporation organized personnel to compile the ship industry material code, which consists of 17 volumes, 36 major categories of materials, and about 500,000 items, including about 1,377 major categories of paint. After more than 10 years of application by a large number of users, most of the major, medium and minor categories are reasonably coded, with few missing codes and convenient application, so they should be compiled as standards as soon as possible. The classification and code of ship industry paint products is compiled based on the application of the ship industry material code and based on extensive solicitation of opinions. Considering that new models and specifications of materials are constantly emerging every year, it is necessary to constantly supplement the code. If all nine digits of the ship industry material code are compiled into a standard, the standard must be revised every year, which does not conform to the routine of compiling standards. The cycle of producing a new category of general materials is relatively long, so the classification and code of ship industry paint products is only compiled into major categories, medium categories and minor categories, and the serial number is not included in the standard. In this standard, blank codes are left for the medium and minor categories to allow for the addition of new categories. This standard is proposed by the Ship Foundation Sub-Technical Committee. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. The drafting unit of this standard is the 11th Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. The Ship Material Corporation, Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute, Shanghai Ship Guang, and Xingang Shipyard participated. The main drafters of this standard are: Zhao Baofu, Wang Xinlin, Wang Suqing, Wang Yuxu, Zhang Gengfu, and Chen Wei. 1 Scope Ship Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Classification and Code of Paint Products This standard specifies the classification and code of paint products used in the shipbuilding industry. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. "Ship Industry Material Code" Volume 3 Chemical Product Material Code. In 1985, China State Shipbuilding Corporation 3 Classification Principles 3.1 The classification objects of this standard are the paint products currently produced in my country and some commonly imported paint products. 3.2 This standard classifies according to the basic properties of the products. 3.3 This standard aims to meet the needs of modern management and takes into account the current management needs of enterprises for classification. 4 Coding Method 4.1 This standard adopts the line classification method. 4.2 This standard has a hierarchical code structure, which is divided into three levels: major category, medium category and minor category, and each level is represented by two Arabic numerals. Example: 4.3 When the serial number is needed in the use of this standard, the serial number shall be compiled according to the method specified in the third volume of the "Ship Industry Material Code" Chemical Product Material Code. Approved by China State Shipbuilding Corporation on December 23, 1996 and implemented on June 1, 1997 Classification and code CB/T3782-1996 Classification and code of paint products and materials shall be in accordance with the serial number specified in Table 1 Table 1 Classification and code of paint products and materials Oil-based mixed paint Oil-based antirust paint Other oil paints Natural resin paints Resin varnish Resin mixed paint Resin enamel Resin primer Rosin antifouling paint Other natural Resin paint Phenolic resin paint Phenolic varnish Phenolic mixed paint Phenolic enamel Phenolic antirust primer Other phenolic resin paints Asphalt paint Asphalt varnish Asphalt baking varnish Asphalt primer Other asphalt paints Alkyd resin paint Alkyd varnish Alkyd enamel Alkyd primer Amino resin Amino resin paint Nitrocellulose lacquer Nitrocellulose lacquer Material name CB/T3782- 1996 Table 1 (end) Material Name Nitro Pencil Lacquer Cellulose Lacquer Cellulose Lacquer Perchloroethylene Lacquer Perchloroethylene Lacquer Ethylene Lacquer Phosphating Primer Ethylene Resin Lacquer Acrylic Lacquer Acrylic Resin Lacquer Polyester Resin Lacquer Polyester Resin Lacquer Epoxy Varnish (Insulating Varnish) Epoxy Enamel Lacquer Epoxy Primer Other Epoxy Coatings Polyurethane Lacquer|| tt||Polyurethane paint Silicone paint Silicone resin paint Rubber paint Rubber paint Other paints Other paints Auxiliary materialsbzxz.net Nitrocellulose lacquer thinner Perchloroethylene lacquer thinner Amino lacquer thinner Alkyd lacquer thinner Drying agent Paint stripper Moisture-proof agent Other auxiliary materials Imported oil paints Alkyd resin paints Vinyl paints Epoxy resin paints Rubber paints Auxiliary materials Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
