If the requirements are still not met after re-inspection, the batch of zeolite powder shall be treated as unqualified products or downgraded. 2.2 Test methods 2.2.1 The zeolite content shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A of this specification. 2.2.2 The fineness of zeolite powder shall be determined in accordance with the current national standard "Test Method for Cement Fineness (80um Water Sieve Analysis Method)" GB1345. 2.2.3 The water requirement ratio of cement mortar shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B of this specification. 2.2.4 The compressive strength ratio of 28d cement mortar shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C of this specification. Engineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System W.bzsoso.coIEngineering Construction Standard Full Text Information System 2.3 Transportation and storage 2.3.1 When transporting and storing zeolite powder, it is strictly forbidden to mix it with other materials, and it should be stored in a ventilated and dry place without moisture. 2 The storage period of zeolite powder in a ventilated and dry place shall not exceed 2 years. Zeolite powder that exceeds the storage period of 2.3.2 shall be fully inspected in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.2 of this specification and can only be used when the results meet the requirements of the product standards. Zeolite powder that has become damp and agglomerated shall be crushed and inspected for fineness before use. Engineering Construction Standard Full-text Information System Engineering Construction Standard Full-text Information System 3 General Provisions 3.0.1 Grade 1 zeolite powder should be used for concrete with a strength grade not less than C60. 3.0.2 Grade Ⅱ zeolite powder should be used for concrete with a strength grade less than C60. After special tests, it can also be used for concrete above C60. 3.0.3 Grade Ⅲ zeolite powder should be used for masonry mortar and plaster mortar. After special tests, it can also be used for concrete with a strength grade less than C60. 3.0.4 When preparing zeolite powder concrete and mortar, it is advisable to use silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement and slag silicate cement with a grade of 425 or above, and it is not advisable to use pozzolanic silicate cement, fly ash silicate cement and composite silicate cement.
