4.1 The rock loader shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed process. The output rock loader shall meet the requirements of the foreign order.
4.2 The technical requirements of this standard for raw materials, external parts and processing, assembly, etc. shall all comply with the provisions of the current relevant standards: 4.3 This standard specifies the general technical requirements for dimensional accuracy grade, tolerance, form and position tolerance, etc., which shall comply with the provisions of the current relevant standards.

Test methods and acceptance rules
5.1 In order to check whether the rock loader conforms to the requirements of this standard, acceptance tests and regular inspection tests shall be carried out. 5.2 Each rock loader shall be shipped only after passing the acceptance test and accompanied by documents proving that the product has passed the test. The additional tests for export rock loaders shall be determined according to the foreign order. 5.2.1 The acceptance test of the rock loader shall include no-load test of the travel and lifting reducer and no-load test of the whole machine. 5.2.2 Travel, lift speed change load test After running for 3m in both positive and negative directions, check the following items: 1) The bearing leakage is less than 20%

) The gears run smoothly without periodic noise. 5.2.3 There shall be no abnormal movement during the no-load test of the whole machine. 5.2.4 The whole machine shall also be tested according to the provisions of the standard, including the oil, marking and packaging of the product. 5.3 Regular tests shall also be carried out during batch production. 5.3.1 Regular tests shall be carried out every 2 years, and 1-2 units shall be selected from the first batch of production in the year. 5.3.2 In addition to the acceptance test, the regular test of the machine shall also carry out the load test to verify the basic parameters and dimensions specified in this standard.
5.4 Pressure test should be carried out in the following cases: a) When there is a major change in the design, structure, technology or materials of the product that affects the product quality; b) The quality of the same type of rock loader is evaluated;
cl The quality of the first sample produced by the transfer factory is signed. 5.4.! In addition to all the items of the regular test, the pressure test of the rock loader also includes the quality inspection of the main engine, parts and components.
5.4.2 The type test specified in 5.4a) of the standard shall be carried out according to the actual conditions of the equipment: 5.5 The bucket capacity shall be measured by the method of sequentially digging the bucket into the sand. During the measurement, the bucket shall be tilted 60° to the horizontal plane with its bottom plate, and the sand shall be piled up on each side of the shovel mouth to form a pointed shape with a natural load.

5.6 Technical productivity The actual test of the ore loaded by continuous operation in the horizontal tunnel shall be carried out according to the use conditions specified in 4.15. The width of the test area shall not be less than the width of the lower loading area, and the height of the test area shall be 1.5-2.0m. 5.7 The force method for measuring the noise at the operating position shall comply with the provisions of GBT3768. 5. The load test of the rock loader shall be carried out under the conditions specified in 4.15, with the front shovel, side shovel and lifting bucket actions respectively, and the ore shall be discharged into the intermediate transportation equipment. Each time, the continuous loading of the ore shall not be less than 15m, and the test number shall not be less than five times. 5. The fireproof type rock loader shall be subjected to water test after fine treatment. The test method shall comply with the provisions of A2 in GB3836.2-1983.
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The rock loader shall be equipped with a fixed product label in a fixed position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GBT13306 and shall indicate the following contents: a) Manufacturer name: bZxz.net

6.2 The submersible type rock loader shall be equipped with a waterproof, long-lasting, and dry-type mark on the outer surface of the machine in accordance with the provisions of GB3B36.1.
(.3 The rock loader shall be packed in a packaging box as a whole, and the spare parts and tools shall be packed in a small box with plastic bags. The small box shall be placed in the packaging box of the whole machine.
6.4 The packaging box of the rock loader shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384, and the storage and transportation instructions of the packaging box of the rock loader shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.6 The packaging of the rock loader shall meet the requirements of waterproof and foundation transportation. 6.? The rock loader shall be stored in a place equipped with rain and dew protection facilities. 6.8 The rock loader shall be updated and treated for aging if it has been stored for more than six months.
