This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for oxygen rubber hoses. Rubber hot air aging test method GB5563 Hydraulic test method for hose GB 9576 Guide to selection, storage, use and maintenance of rubber, plastic hoses and hose assemblies GB9577 Rules for marking, packaging and transportation of rubber, plastic hoses and hose assemblies 3 Product structure and size 3.1 Structure The hose should consist of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcement layer and an outer rubber layer. 3.2 Specifications and dimensions The specifications and dimensions and tolerances of the hose should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 2 Performance Item Tensile strength, MPa Break length, % Hot air aging (70℃.72h) Tensile strength change rate, % Tear elongation change rate, % The pressure resistance performance of the hose shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 4.2 Working pressure Test pressure -Standard code -Specification Product name Inner rubber layer 4.3 The hose shall not leak under the specified test pressure, and shall not have local bulges or other abnormal phenomena. 4.4 The appearance quality of the hose shall comply with the requirements of GB1189. 5 Test method 5.1 The tensile strength and elongation of the hose rubber shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB528. 5.2 The hot air aging test of hose rubber shall be carried out in accordance with GB3512. 5.3 The hydraulic test of hose shall be carried out in accordance with GB5563. 6 Inspection rules 30~+10 Outer rubber layer Minimum bursting pressure 6.1 The hose shall be inspected in batches by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and each batch of products must be accompanied by a quality certificate before leaving the factory. 6.2 The appearance and size of the hose shall be checked one by one. 6.3 The physical properties of the hose rubber and the pressure resistance of the hose are random inspection items. Each inspection batch is stipulated to be 5,000 (calculated as 30m per piece). If the monthly output of the enterprise is less than 5,000, the monthly inspection shall not be less than one time. 6.3.1 The physical properties of the rubber shall comply with the provisions in Table 2. If there is an unqualified item, double samples shall be taken from the same batch of rubber, and the unqualified items shall be retested. If one of the samples still has one indicator that is unqualified after the retest, the batch of rubber cannot be used for production. 6.4 For each batch of hoses, one specification shall be selected as a representative, and one shall be selected for hydraulic pressure and burst test. If the test fails, double samples shall be taken from the product for retest. If one of the samples does not match after the retest, the batch of products shall be considered as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, storage and use GB2550-92 wwW.bzxz.Net 7.1 The outer rubber layer of the rubber hose for transporting oxygen shall be blue 7.2 The hose shall have the following marks that are not easy to fall off: a. Standard number; b, manufacturer's name or trademark; c. Product specifications. 7.3 The distance X between each two adjacent complete marks shall not exceed 3m. 7.4 The packaging and transportation of hoses shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9577. 7.5 The selection, storage, use and maintenance of hoses shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9576.
