Externally heated: Z-Chinese medicine; One triple effect; Evaporation capacity (measured in evaporated water), kg/h; First improved design. 3.3 Specifications and basic parameters Three-effect evaporators are divided into 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h, 2000kg/h and other specifications according to evaporation capacity (evaporated water volume). Condensation 4.1.2 All materials of the parts of the heater that come into contact with the materials shall be 0Cr19Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Ti or other low-carbon or ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. 4.1.3 Strength calculation and verification of the high-efficiency heater must be designed according to the pressure vessel. 4.2 Design of evaporation chamber GB 15573—1995 4.2.1 The design of the evaporation chamber must comply with the relevant provisions of GB150. 4.2.2 The materials of the parts of the evaporation chamber that come into contact with the materials shall be 0C19Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Ti or other low-carbon or ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. 4.2.3 Each interface shall be connected by flanges, and the external system connection flange shall comply with the provisions of HGJ45, with a nominal pressure not less than PN-1MPa. 4.3 Design of condenser The design of the condenser must comply with the relevant provisions of GB150 and GB151. 4.4 Design of the receiving tank 4.4.1 The design of the receiving tank must comply with the relevant provisions of GB150. 4.4.2 The selection of the liquid level gauge of the receiving tank shall comply with the provisions of HG5-227. 5 Technical requirements 5.1 The production of the three-effect evaporator shall comply with this standard and the drawings and technical documents approved according to the prescribed procedures, and comply with the provisions of GB150 and GB151. 5.2 The welding materials must be used and stored in accordance with Article 10.3.1.1 of GB150 and the provisions of relevant standards. 5.3 The sealing materials used in the three-effect evaporator must be non-toxic. 5.4 In addition to the provisions of the drawings, the limit deviations of the unindicated tolerance dimensions of the machined surfaces and non-machined surfaces shall be processed according to the m-level and c-level precision specified in GB/T1804 respectively. 5.5 The welding of the three-effect evaporator shall comply with Article 10.3 of GB150. 5.6 The inspection of welds shall be carried out in accordance with Article 10.8 of GB150 and the requirements of GB3323 and JB4730. 5.7 The hydraulic test shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 1.9 and 10.9 of GB150 and Article 1.9 of GB151. 5.8 When the three-effect evaporator is to be tested for tightness according to the drawing requirements, the specific requirements and test methods shall be in accordance with Article 10.9.6 of GB150. 5.9 Appearance quality requirements of three-effect evaporators 5.9.1 The surface of the three-effect evaporator shall be flat, smooth and free of dents and scratches. The inner surface shall be polished and pickled and passivated. 5.9.2 The surface of the weld shall be treated accordingly, and there shall be no residual welding slag, spatter, etc., and shall comply with Article 10.3.3 of GB150. 5.10 Assembly quality requirements for triple-effect evaporators 5.10.1 The hydraulic test or tightness test after assembly shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5.7 and 5.8, and there shall be no leakage between the connecting parts. The insulation material of the insulation layer of the triple-effect evaporator must be filled in accordance with the requirements of the drawings. 5.10.21 5.10.3 The outer shell of the insulation material of the triple-effect evaporator shall be made of stainless steel decorative plates, and the joints shall be riveted and compacted with stainless steel strips or blind rivets. 6 Test methods 6.1 The appearance quality shall be observed visually, and the quality shall comply with the requirements of Articles 5.9 and 5.10. 6.2 The structural dimension deviation shall be checked with special inspection tools or general measuring tools, and the quality shall comply with the requirements of Articles 5.1 and 5.5. 6.3 Non-destructive testing shall comply with the requirements of Article 5.6. 6.4 The hydraulic test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Article 5.7. 6.5 The tightness test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Article 5.8. 6.6 The material quality shall comply with the requirements of GB150 and Appendix A and relevant standards, and the original material certification data and material markings shall be inspected. 6.7 Welding and welding materials shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of Articles 5.2; 5.6; 5.9.2. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 The three-effect evaporator shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product quality certificate and a pressure vessel product safety and quality supervision inspection certificate stamped by the labor department. 565 7.1.1 Product certificate Must be signed by the labor department supervisor; a. General drawing of vessel completion; List of main parts and components of vessel. Quality certificate The quality certificate shall at least include the following contents: a. Copies of chemical composition and mechanical properties of materials of main pressure-bearing components; non-destructive testing results; Welding quality inspection results (including repair records of more than two times); hydraulic test and tightness test results; Description of items that do not conform to this standard and drawings. 7.2 Factory inspection and type test of three-effect evaporator 7.2.1 Factory inspection 7. 2. 1. 1 Factory inspection of three-effect evaporator shall be carried out according to the requirements of Table 2. Before the new product test is successfully put into production (including the transfer of old products to the factory): when the batch is in normal production, it shall be conducted once a year; when the design, process, structure or material used of the product changes and affects the product performance; when the production is resumed after one year of suspension; when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type test result; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type test requirement. 7.2.2.2 The prototype of the type test shall be selected from three qualified products. If the output of the batch of products is less than three, 100% of the test shall be conducted. During the inspection, if one of the inspection items (see Table 2) of all the inspected products is unqualified, the unqualified item shall be doubled for inspection. If one unit of the item is still found to be unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 8.1 Marking and packaging 8.1.1 The nameplate of each three-effect evaporator shall be fixed in a conspicuous position. The nameplate size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 8.1.2 The nameplate of the three-effect evaporator device shall not be less than the following content: 566 Product name; Product model specification; Product number; Product weight; Device dimensions; GB15573-1995 Manufacturing unit name and manufacturing license number; manufacturing date. The nameplate of the three-effect heater shall comply with the provisions of GB150. Make the following mark on the surface of the bare equipment or in a conspicuous position on the packaging box, and comply with the provisions of JB2536. Factory number; Total number of boxes (pieces) and box number or bundle number; Name of shipping station (port); Name of arrival station (port): Volume: length × width × height (mm); Gross weight and net weight (kg); Name of shipping unit; Name of receiving unit; Date of factory or packing. 8.1.5 Exposed pipe openings and sight glasses should be protected. Pipe openings connected by flanges should be closed with blind plates. 8.1.5.1 8.1.5.2 The sight glasses should be protected by corresponding protective devices or packaging materials when they are packaged. 8.2 Transportation 8.2.1 The transportation of products should comply with the provisions of JB2536. 8.2.2 The following technical documents shall be accompanied by the product: product certificate, which shall comply with the requirements of 7.1.1; 7.1.2; 7.1.3; a. b. Product instruction manual, random drawings; packing list and accessory list. 8.3 Storage The triple-effect evaporator shall be stored in a dry, ventilated room without corrosive media or in a sheltered place. When the storage period of the manufacturer exceeds six months, it must be re-inspected in accordance with the provisions of 5.7, 5.8, and 5.10 before leaving the factory, and the inside of the equipment must be cleaned.
