3 Grading
Material specification for preformed vulcanized rubber compression seals for concrete road expansion joints Material specification for preformed solid vulcanized structural seals for building rubber seals 3.1 The materials specified in this standard are divided into four grades: A, B, C, and D according to their hardness. The corresponding preferred nominal hardnesses are 50, 60, 70, and 80 IRHD respectively
3.2 The marking is carried out using Chinese phonetic initials and numbers, that is, product name code, hardness grade, manufacturing unit code, and standard number. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 21, 1989 and implemented on December 1, 1989

Building rubber gasket
4.1.1 Gasket materials must be made of ozone-resistant rubber. The raw materials and manufacturing process used in the materials should comply with the requirements of relevant technical specifications.
4.1.2 The rubber material should be mixed evenly, and no visible agglomerates or impurities larger than 0.2mm are allowed. 4.1.3 Gasket: There should be no pores, surface defects or dimensional irregularities, especially on the sealing surface. 4.1.4 The material is generally black. If other colors are required, lower tensile strength values may be obtained. 4.2 Dimensions and Tolerances
The dimensions of the gasket should be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. The tolerances should comply with the provisions of GB3672. 4. 3
《General requirements
4.3.1 Test specimens
The test specimens shall be cut from the gaskets. If the test specimens cannot be cut from the gaskets, the same batch of rubber materials used to produce the gaskets shall be used, and the same process conditions as those used to produce the gaskets shall be used to prepare a vulcanized rubber sheet of appropriate size, and the test specimens shall be cut from the vulcanized rubber sheet. 4.3.2 Physical properties
The physical properties of the material shall meet the requirements of the following table. Hardness (IRHD)
Basic physical properties
Tensile strength
Tear elongation
Compression permanent deformation (100℃, 22h)
Ozone resistance (50pphm, elongation 20%, 40℃, 100h) Low temperature hardness (IRIID) Increase (after keeping at -10: for 7d) Low temperature compression water permanent deformation (-25℃, 22 h) Hot air aging (after aging for 168b at 100℃): Hardness (IRHD) change
Tensile strength change
Elongation at break change
Quality loss
Low-energy brittleness:
Test temperature is selected according to the climate of the area where the gasket is used: 25℃.-40℃
No cracking

—5~+10
4.4 Special requirements
GB 10712—89
If there are special requirements for materials, such as contact and spray pollution, flame resistance, low-temperature brittleness, etc., they should be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5 Test methods
5.1 The appearance of the rubber material is inspected by daylight. The appearance of the gasket is inspected according to GH7529, and the size of the gasket is measured according to GB5723. 5.2 The hardness is measured according to GB6031.
Note: When it is difficult to measure the hardness according to GB6031, it can be measured according to GB531, and its index remains unchanged. GB6031 is used as the arbitration test method. 5.3 The tensile strength and the elongation at break are measured according to GB528. A dumbbell-shaped specimen of type 1 is used. 5. 4H shrinkage permanent deformation is measured according to GB 7759, using type B specimen for determination. 5.5 Ozone resistance shall be determined according to GB7762. 5.6 Hardness change at low temperature shall be determined by referring to the method described in Appendix A of GB10710. 5.7 Low humidity compression set shall be determined by referring to the method described in Appendix A of GB10711. 5.8 Hot air aging shall be carried out according to GB3512.
5.9 The method for determining mass loss rate is as follows: weigh the mass ma of type 1 dumbbell specimen in air before aging, accurate to 1.0mB. After aging, weigh the mass m of the specimen in air, accurate to 1.0mB. The mass loss percentage Am after aging is calculated according to the following formula: Am - m × 1ou
In the formula, Am——mass loss percentage;
mo——mass of the specimen before aging·忍;
ml——mass of the specimen after aging, nom. 5.10 Contact and frost pollution shall be tested in accordance with the method described in Appendix B of GB10711. Flame resistance shall be tested in accordance with the method agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.11
5.12 Low temperature performance shall be measured in accordance with GB1682. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Rubber
6.1.1 The same type of rubber produced by the same shift and the same machine is a batch. 6.1.2 The appearance quality of the rubber shall be inspected one by one. 6.1.3 Take one batch from each batch of rubber for basic physical property inspection. 6.1.4 The hot air aging, low temperature brittleness, ozone resistance, low temperature hardness increase and low temperature compression permanent deformation of the rubber shall be inspected at least once every quarter.
6.1.5 When the test result is unqualified, double the sample should be taken to retest the unqualified items. If the retest is unqualified, the rubber material is allowed to be repaired once. After the repair, all physical properties must be tested. If one of them is still unqualified, the batch of rubber materials is unqualified. At the same time, the batch of rubber materials should be tested one by one.
6.2 Sealing gasket
6.2.1 The number of gaskets to be used as a batch shall not exceed 500. 6.2.2 The appearance of gaskets shall be inspected piece by piece. 6.2.3 The size of each batch of gaskets shall be sampled according to the general inspection level 11 (H) of GB2828, and the qualified quality level (AQL) shall be 1. 7 Marking. Packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of materials shall refer to the requirements of CB5721. and GB5722, GB10712-89
7.2 The materials shall be packed in suitable packaging boxes, and the weight of each box shall not exceed 50k. 7.3 Under the condition of complying with GB5722, the storage period of the rubber compound is two months, calculated from the date of manufacture. The rubber compound that exceeds the storage period shall be re-tested for all items according to the specific requirements specified in the table of Article 4.3.2, and can only be used after passing the inspection. The storage period of the gasket is two years.
