Iron castings need to be aged to eliminate internal stress, and steel castings should be annealed. 3.2 Surface quality The rolls shall not have cracks. The surface of the finished rolls shall not have significant defects that affect the performance and damage the appearance (such as pores, looseness, slag, etc.). 3.3 Dimension tolerance and surface roughness The difference in the bottom diameter of the left and right spiral grooves on the same roll (i.e. the roll diameter D) shall not exceed h12 specified in GB/T1801 and GB/T1802. The tolerance grade of the unnoted tolerance size of the machined surface shall be m grade (medium grade) in GB/T1804. The unnoted machining surface roughness Ru value shall be 12.5um in GB/T1031. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 468 Implemented on January 1, 2000 3.4 Geometric Tolerances JB/T9006.3—1999 The roundness t, coaxiality t, radial runout t of the left and right spiral grooves on the drum and the end face runout t shall not be greater than the following values in GB/T1184: D, the tolerance zone of the hole dt2 shall not be less than Grade 8; t, shall not be less than Grade 8. 3.5 Screw Holes for Pressing Plates The screw holes for the wire rope pressing plates must be complete and the threads shall not have defects such as broken or fractured. 3.6 Welds For cast steel coils that must be welded, the important welds shall not have defects such as cracks and lack of fusion. The quality of its weld seam shall meet the requirements of Grade II quality in GB/T3323. 3.7 Others The processed parts of the coils shall be coated with anti-corrosion anti-rust oil; the unprocessed parts shall be coated with anti-rust paint. 4 Inspection rules The coils shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, and the dimensions, technical requirements and markings of each coil shall be inspected. The manufacturer shall ensure that each coil shipped out of the factory meets the requirements of this standard. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 Marking Each coil shall have a permanent and clear mark of specifications and the trademark of the manufacturing unit, and the mark shall be located at the position of the coil. 5.2 The packaging of the coil shall ensure that it is not damaged and corroded, and shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 5.3 Transportation During transportation, the coils shall be strictly prohibited from being bumped to ensure that the coils are not damaged. 5.4 Storage The rolls should be stored in a dry and ventilated place and should not come into contact with acidic, alkaline or other corrosive substances to prevent rust.
