This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements and inspection rules for cold extrusion parts (hereinafter referred to as extrusion parts) of rock drills and pneumatic tools. This standard applies to parts extruded by metal extruders below 400t. 2 Reference standards

3 Classification of extruded parts

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Requirements for rough materials of extrusion parts

4.1.1 The rough material grade of extrusion parts shall comply with the provisions of the product part drawings. Figure
4.1.2 The cold-drawn steel, cold steel and non-ferrous metals used in the rough materials of extrusion parts shall comply with the provisions of GB3078, GB6478 and GB4424.
4.1.3 The materials for the rough parts of extruded parts must be accompanied by a certificate of inspection (quality assurance sheet) and must be inspected at the factory before they can be used. 4.1.4 The rough parts used for extruded parts must be cleaned. 4.1.5 The softening and lubrication treatments of the rough parts of extruded parts should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the extrusion process regulations. 4.2 Quality requirements for extruded parts
The surface roughness R value of the extruded parts shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, 4.2.1
Surface position of extruded parts
The inner hole surface of the reverse extruded parts, the rod surface of the forward extruded parts (excluding the free end surface), the inner hole surface and the rod surface (excluding the free end surface) of the composite extruded parts, the lower plane of the cold micro-part rental platform
The outer surface of the reverse extruded parts, the cylindrical surface of the rough parts of the forward extruded parts, the tolerance values ​​of the size, shape and position of the extruded parts shall comply with the provisions of Table 3, 4.2.2

4.2.3 The surface of the folded and pressed parts shall be smooth and complete. The non-machined surface shall not have defects such as cracks, folds, and incomplete filling. The machined surface is allowed to have defects not exceeding 1/2 of the machining allowance.
4.2.4 After obtaining the consent of the relevant technical department, local cracks on the upsetting table of the cold-cut parts may be welded in accordance with the following provisions: a.
Clean the defective surface until good metal is present; b.
Weld with welding rods of the same or similar materials; grind and smooth after welding.
Inspection rules
Extrusions shall be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the extrusion drawings and this standard. Extrusion parts should be accompanied by a quality certificate when leaving the factory, indicating: a.
Name of the production unit;
Extrusion part drawing number and name;
Material:
Quantity:
Inspection items and results.
