This standard is a revision of JB/T56073.43-95 "Polyimide Film Product Quality Grading". Compared with JB/T56073.43-95, this standard has modified the writing format of the standard, and the technical content has been changed as follows according to the product standard provisions:
Delete the performance requirements of 1kHz relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor;1
2Add the performance requirements of edge tearing resistance.
This standard shall replace JB/T56073.43-95 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials. The drafting unit of this standard is Guilin Electric Science Research Institute. The drafters of this standard are Zhang Qiping and Cui Wei. This standard was first issued on November 10, 1988. In 1994, the standard number was changed from JB/DQ7342.43-88 to JB/T56073.43-94. It was revised for the first time on December 19, 1995 and revised for the second time in 1999. This standard is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials for interpretation. Scope

4.2 Evaluation of product quality grades
4.2.1 Necessary conditions for superior products
4.2.1.1 After sampling inspection, if one sample of the product meets the performance requirements of superior products, it will be scored as 5 points, if it meets the performance requirements of first-class products, it will be scored as 4 points, and if it meets the performance requirements of qualified products, it will be scored as 3 points. If the sum of the scores of the three samples of the product is less than 9 points, it is judged that the product performance does not meet the performance requirements of qualified products. If it is full of 9 points and no sample score is less than 3 points, it is judged that the product performance meets the performance requirements of qualified products. If it is full of 12 points, it is judged that the product performance meets the performance requirements of first-class products. If it is full of 14 points or above, it is judged that the product performance meets the requirements of superior products. 4.2.1.2 The product shall meet the performance requirements of superior products at least three times in the four quarters of the year, and meet the performance requirements of first-class products approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on December 30, 1999 and implemented on June 1, 2000.
JB/T56073.43-1999
4.2.1.3 The enterprise shall have the factory conditions to stably produce superior products and be able to organize production according to the performance requirements of superior products. Among the qualified products, the percentage of the factory inspection items that meet the performance requirements of superior products is more than 80%. 4.2.2 Necessary conditions for first-class products
4.2.2.1 After sampling inspection, it is determined that the product meets the performance requirements of first-class products according to 4.2.1.1. 4.2.2.2 The product shall meet the performance requirements of first-class products at least three times in the four quarters of the year, and meet the performance requirements of qualified products.
4.2.2.3 The enterprise shall have the factory conditions to stably produce first-class products and be able to organize production according to the performance requirements of first-class products. Among the qualified products, the percentage of the factory inspection items that meet the performance requirements of first-class products (including superior products) shall be above 80%. 4.3 Other relevant requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13542. 5 Methods
