Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Household sewing machine Cloth feed cam Subject content and applicable scope QB/T 2147-1995 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of household sewing machine cloth feed cam. This standard is applicable to IA and JB type household sewing machine cloth feed cam. 2 Reference standards Packaging storage and transportation graphic marking GB/T2828 Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to continuous batch inspection) GB/T2829 Periodic inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to the inspection of the production process) ZBY 17004 3 Product classification Sewing machine packaging Models and dimensions are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. 0, 012 Xiao Xi Lun Da Xi Lun 22.5h7(_8.o21) 23. 6h7(8.on) Approved by China Light Industry Federation on 1995-10-24 $12. 8 Lane 17(+# 038) Life is more beautiful Implemented on 1996-06-01 4 Technical requirements QB/T 2147-—1995 4.1 Cam outer diameter size: small cam 22.58.021mm, large cam 23.6-8.o21mm. 4.2 Cam aperture size: #12.8+g.018mm4.3 Reading error of wheel outer diameter and equal diameter: not more than 0.014mm. 4.4 Parallelism error of wheel outer diameter line to aperture axis: not more than 0.012mm. 4.5 Surface roughness: Cam outer diameter; Cam aperture4.6 The machined surface should be free of casting defects. 5 Test method 5.1 The outer diameter size of the four wheels is measured by a general measuring tool with the corresponding accuracy according to the tolerance grade. 5.2 The outer diameter size of the cam is inspected by a special plug gauge. 5.3 The error of the outer diameter and equal diameter of the cam is measured by a general measuring tool with the corresponding accuracy according to the tolerance grade. 5.4 The measurement method of the parallelism error of the outer diameter line of the hot wheel to the aperture axis is shown in Figure 2. Figure 2 . Select a mandrel that is matched with the hole without clearance, and pre-set the two needles of the special measuring tool to the two taper holes of the mandrel, -iiAoNiKAca b. The measuring stand with the micrometer moves along the upper and lower lines, and the difference between the micrometer readings is recorded. The maximum value of the difference measured at the two measuring positions is taken as the parallelism error of the palm piece. 5.5 The surface roughness is visually compared with the corresponding roughness comparison sample. In case of dispute, the roughness measuring instrument is used for verification. 5.6 The inspection of the surface without casting defects should be carried out by visual inspection under natural light with an illumination of 600 ± 2001x and a distance of 300mm. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped with an inspection certificate. 6.2 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into two categories: factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 Factory inspection When the product is delivered, the creditor has the right to inspect and accept it according to the factory inspection items specified in this standard. 6.2.2 Type inspection Type inspection shall be conducted in the following cases to comprehensively assess product quality. 371 a. Trial type identification of products for transfer to other factories; QB/T 2147 --1995 b. When there are major changes in the structure, materials, and process of the product, which may affect the product performance; c. When the normal production is one month, an inspection shall be conducted periodically; d. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e. When there is a major difference between the final inspection result and the last type inspection result; f. When the superior quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.2.3 Classification of product quality characteristics The classification of product quality characteristics is shown in Table 2. Inspection items Outer diameter size: small cam 22.5-8.021mm, large cam 23.6_8.o2mm 4.2 Aperture size $12.8+9:018mm Outer diameter equal diameter error 0.014mm 4.4 Parallelism error 0.012mm 4.5 Surface roughness 4.6 There is no casting defect on the machined surface 6.3 Factory inspection rules 6.3.1 Sample selection Samples should be randomly selected from the submitted inspection batch. 6.3.2 Sampling plan and strictness Quality characteristic classification Inspection classification The normal inspection single sampling plan is shown in Table 3, the determination of strictness and its transfer rules, and the qualified quality level after transfer shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.6 of GB/T2828. Inspection level Sampling plan Non-conformance classification Number of unit sample inspection items Qualified quality level (AQL) Batch range 151~280 281~500bZxz.net 501~1200 1201~3200 3201~10000 10001~35000 Sample size Note: ①Unit sample is each piece of feed cam. Sample size ②A., R. of Class B are counted as the number of non-conformances, and A., R. of Class C are counted as the number of non-conformances. 6.3.3 Determination of whether the inspection batch is qualified or not General inspection level Normal inspection single sampling plan According to the results of the sample inspection, if the number of Class B non-conforming products and Class C non-conforming products found in the sample are less than or equal to the corresponding 372 QB/T2147-1995 I KAoNni KAca- Qualified judgment number (A.), then the inspection batch is judged to be a qualified batch. If the number of Class B non-conforming products and Class C non-conforming products found in the sample is greater than or equal to the corresponding non-conforming judgment number (R.), then the inspection batch is judged to be a non-conforming batch. 6.3.4 Disposal of non-conforming products and non-conforming batches after inspection If non-conforming products and non-conforming batches are found during the inspection, the provisions of Article 4.12 of GB/T2828 shall apply. 6.4 Type inspection rules 6.4.1 Sample extraction Samples should be extracted from a batch or batches manufactured in this cycle and passed the factory inspection, and the samples should be guaranteed to represent the manufacturing technology level of this cycle. 6.4.2 Sampling plan The type inspection- sampling plan is shown in Table 4. Discrimination level Sampling plan Unqualified classification Number of unit sample inspection items Unqualified quality level (RQL) Sample size Note: ①The unit sample is each feed cam. A ②A. and R. of Class B are counted as the number of unqualified products, and Ac and R. of Class C are counted as the number of unqualified products. 6.4.3 Judgment of whether the type inspection is qualified or not Single sampling plan According to the results of the sample inspection, if the number of Class B non-conforming products and the number of Class C non-conforming products found in the sample are respectively less than or equal to the corresponding qualified judgment number (A.), then the batch is judged to be a qualified batch. If the number of Class B non-conforming products and the number of Class C non-conforming products found in the sample is greater than or equal to the corresponding non-conforming judgment number (R.), then the batch is judged to be a non-conforming batch. 6.4.4 Disposal after type inspection Disposal after type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.12 of GB/T2829. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Marking The packaging of the product shall have the following markings: a. Product model; b. Parts name; c. Manufacturer's name d. Packing date; e. Standard number; f. The graphics of "handle with care", "afraid of moisture" and "stack limit" shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.2 Product inner packaging The product shall be coated with anti-rust agent before packaging and packed in paper boxes with moisture-proof paper lined inside the boxes. 20 pieces of cloth feed cams are packed in one box and 10 boxes are packed in one carton. If there are other requirements for the quantity and form of packaging, they can be negotiated and decided by the supplier and the ordering party. 7.3 Packaging, transportation and storage The packaging, transportation and storage of products shall comply with the provisions of ZBY17004. 373 Additional remarks: QB/T 2147--1995 This standard was proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry Association.
