SY/T5288-2000 Replaces SY5288-91 This standard applies to the design, manufacture, inspection and maintenance of main lifting equipment such as lifting pulleys, traveling blocks, hooks, water taps, lifting rings and elevators used in oil and natural gas drilling and production operations. 2 Reference Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T9253.1-1999 Thread of petroleum drill pipe joint GB/T9253.2-1999 Processing, measurement and inspection of casing, tubing and line pipe threads in the petroleum and natural gas industry SY/T5112-1999 Specification for drilling and oil production lifting equipment SY/T6407-1999 Specification for rotary drilling drill string components 3 Lifting pulley 3.1 Pulley for drilling (repairing) wire rope The arc angle of the rope groove bottom radius R (see Table 1) of the pulley for drilling (repairing) wire rope is 150°, the straight sections on both sides of the groove are tangent to the arc bottom, the minimum total depth of the groove is 1.33d and the maximum is 1.75d, where d is the nominal diameter of the wire rope, as shown in Figure 1 (A). 3.2 Pulley for sand bailing wire rope The arc angle of the rope groove bottom radius R (see Table 1) of the pulley for sand bailing wire rope is 150°, the straight lines on both sides of the groove are tangent to the arc bottom, the minimum total depth of the groove is 1.75d, and the maximum is 3.0d, where d is the nominal diameter of the wire rope, as shown in Figure 1 (B). 4 Connection between the traveling block and the big hook The connection between the traveling block hanging ring and the big hook lifting ring is shown in Figure 2, and its connection dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5 Connection between the big hook and the faucet lifting ring The connection between the big hook and the faucet lifting ring is shown in Figure 3, and its connection dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 6 Faucet connection thread 6.1 The connection thread of the faucet shall comply with the provisions of Figure 4. 6.2 The thread of the faucet gooseneck pipe joint should be the internal thread of the pipeline pipe of 2LP or 2V%LP, 3LP, 3V%LP, 4LP, 5LP in accordance with GB/T9253.2. 6.3 The thread of the faucet center pipe should be the regular left-hand thread of 4%REG or 6%REG, 7%REG in accordance with GB/T9253.1.
