Some standard content:
JB/T 8883--2001 This standard is equivalent to the Japanese standard JIS B9204--1994 "Clamping conveyor chain for agricultural machinery". This standard is the first revision of JB/T8883-1999 "Clamping conveyor chain for agricultural machinery". Compared with JB/T8883--1999, the revised contents of this standard are mainly: 1. The specification varieties of standard chains have been increased from 5 in the original standard to 20 now, and they are completely equivalent to the specifications in JIS B9204. 2. The dimensions of some of the original clamping chain parts have been changed to be equivalent to the provisions of JIS B9204. 3. The various performance requirements of chains and parts have been redefined. This standard replaces JB/T8883-1999 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Chain Drives. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Chain Drives. The drafting unit of this standard: Jilin University. The drafting units of this standard include: Hangzhou Donghua Chain Factory, Hangzhou Dunpai Chain Transmission Co., Ltd., and Zhuji Industrial Chain Factory. The main drafters of this standard include: Zhao Sailiang, Ye Bin, Chen Lixin, Zhuang Qihong, and Meng Xiangbin. The drafting participants of this standard include: Sui Xuemin and Wang Haiou. JIS Foreword This document is used to explain the standard and related matters, and is not part of the standard. 1. Formulation and revision This standard was originally formulated in 1958, revised in 1981, and finalized in 1987. However, this revision is a revision work that is appropriately adjusted based on the current situation. 2. Scope of application The original standard contains "provisions for conveyor chains used in machines such as fixed-type, self-propelled automatic threshers and self-throwing combiners." During the revision, since self-propelled machines are mainly self-propelled automatic threshers and combines are mainly self-thresher combines, it was revised to "This standard specifies the conveyor chains used on fixed or self-propelled automatic threshers and combine machines." 3. The number of types used to be 19, but it was adjusted to 20 based on the current situation. However, two of them were added with brackets because they are not commonly used chains. Although the chain plate structure has A, B, C, C', C\ types, it was deleted because type B is no longer used. 4 The tensile load was previously specified in words, but now it is organized in a table. 5. Running performance New running performance requirements and rules for running performance inspections have been added. 351 Professional Standard of the People's Republic of China Feed chains for agricultural machinery Feed chains for agricultural machineryJB/T 8883—2001 egv JIS B9204--1994 Replaces JB/T8883--1999 This standard specifies the structural type, size, relevant technical requirements and product code of the clamping conveyor chain for agricultural machinery. This standard applies to walking wheat and rice harvesters and fixed motorized rice and wheat threshers, as well as tea stalk clamping conveyor chains used on semi-warm combine harvesters. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. The deviation of the chain length accuracy is ±0.4% of its reference length. The reference length is determined by the following formula: Xa=pX Where: Xa-reference length (mm); p—pitch, mm; X—number of links. 5.2 Tensile load Take a chain with more than 5 links as the test piece, install the pins at both ends at the position B shown in Figure 5, and the minimum tensile load of the chain should reach the value specified in Table 5 A is the relevant size of the tensile testing machine. The actual structure may be different from Figure 5. 26 Values are shown in Table 1.
