Some standard content:

GB/T17980.172000
Field efficacy test is one of the important contents of pesticide registration and management in my country, and is an important technical basis for the formulation of pesticide product labels. The label is the only guide for the safe and rational use of pesticides. In order to standardize the methods and contents of pesticide field tests, make the tests more scientific and unified, and align with international standards, so that my country's efficacy test reports have international recognition, the national standard for my country's field efficacy test guidelines is specially formulated. This series of standards refers to the field efficacy test guidelines of the European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization (EPPO) and similar guidelines of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in the Asia-Pacific region. It is formulated based on my country's actual situation and verified by a large number of field efficacy tests. Spider mites are important pests on beans and sugarcane in my country, and acaricides are often used for prevention and control in production. In order to determine the optimal field use dose of spider mites, test the effects of pesticides on crops and non-target beneficial organisms, and provide a basis for the efficacy evaluation and safe and rational use technology of acaricide registration, this standard is specially formulated.
This standard is one of the standards for field efficacy test of pesticides (I) series, but it is an independent standard. This standard is proposed and managed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. This standard is organized and drafted by the Pesticide Testing Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and is responsible for interpretation. The main drafters of this standard are Chen Jingfen, Jiang Hui, Wang Xiaojun, Yan, Chou Shixiong and Wang Shaocheng. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the methods and basic requirements for field efficacy plot tests of spidermites against beans and vegetables. This standard is used for the registration of acaricides for the control of spider mites on beans, cucumbers and other broad-leaved vegetables. The field efficacy test is carried out in accordance with this standard. 2 Test conditions
2.1 Selection of test objects, crops and varieties The test objects are spider mites.
The test crops are beans, cucumbers and other leafy vegetables. Record the name of the crop variety. 2.2 Test conditions
The test site should select plots with the same degree of damage. The cultivation conditions (soil type, fertilizer, tillage and row spacing) of all test plots are consistent and in line with local scientific agricultural practices (GAP). If irrigation is used, record the time, amount and method of irrigation. 3 Test design and arrangement
3.1 Agents
3.1.1 Test agents
Indicate the trade name/code, Chinese name, common name, dosage form content and manufacturer of the agent. The test agent shall be treated with no less than three doses or the dose specified in the agreement (the test agreement signed by the test entrusting party and the test undertaking party). 3.1.2 Control agent
The control agent must be a registered product that has been proven to have good efficacy in practice. The type and mode of action of the control agent should be similar to that of the test agent and the local commonly used dose should be used. Special circumstances may be determined according to the purpose of the test. 3.2 Plot arrangement
3.2.1 Plot arrangement
The plot treatment of the test agent, control agent and blank control is generally arranged randomly. Special circumstances must be explained. 3.2.2 Small plot area and support
Plot area: 15~50 m, the fence room is at least 8 m. Number of repetitions: at least 1 repetition.
Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on February 1, 2000, 12
Implementation on May 1, 2000
GB/T 17980. 17—2000
Due to the different microclimates, the edge rows are usually not used. If only 2 or 3 rows are used, the entire vegetable can be used as a plot. 3.3 Application method
3.3.1 Application method
Follow the protocol requirements and label instructions. Application of pesticides should be adapted to local scientific agricultural practices. 3.3.2 Equipment used
Use equipment commonly used in cattle production, and record all information on the type of equipment used and operating conditions (operating pressure, nozzle diameter). Application of pesticides should ensure that the drug is accurate and the distribution is uniform. The deviation of the amount of pesticide used exceeds 10% of the soil, which should be recorded. 3.3.3 Application time and frequency
Follow the protocol requirements and label instructions. Record the number of times the pesticide was applied and the date of each application. Spray the first time when the mite control index is reached (i.e., about 10% of the seeds, and there are 3 to 10 adult mites on each leaf), and decide whether to apply the second time according to the needs. Record the growth stage of the crop during the treatment.
3.3.4 Dosage and volume
Apply the pesticide according to the protocol requirements and the dosage indicated on the label. Usually, the active ingredient content in the pesticide is expressed as g/hm (grams per hectare). When used for spraying, the multiple of the pesticide and the amount of liquid per hectare should also be recorded. 3.3.5 Requirements for pesticide data for the control of other insect pests If other pesticides are used, pesticides that have no effect on the test pesticides and test objects should be selected, and all plots should be treated uniformly. They should be used separately from the test pesticides and control pesticides to minimize the interference of these pesticides. Record the actual data of the application of such pesticides.
4 Modulation, recording and measurement methods
4.1 Meteorological and soil data
4.1.1 Meteorological data
During the test, rainfall (rainfall type, daily precipitation in mm) and temperature (average temperature, maximum and minimum temperature in °C) data should be obtained from the test site or the nearest meteorological station, and the relative humidity should be recorded. During the entire test period, adverse climatic factors that affect the test results, such as severe or long-term drought, heavy rain, ice sharks, etc., should be avoided. All the above data must be recorded. 4.1.2 Soil data
Record the soil type, fertility, irrigation conditions, weeds and other soil cover data. 4.2 Survey method, time and frequency
4.2.1 Survey method
-Fixed 20 leaves in the plot are used to count the number of leaves and the number of leaves. 4.2.2 Survey time and frequency
Base survey is conducted before spraying.
Survey is conducted 1 day, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after spraying. 4.2. 3 Calculation method of drug efficacy
The drug efficacy is calculated according to formula (1), formula (2) or formula (3): Live mite reduction rate (%) Number of mites before application = Total number of mites after application × 100 Number of mites before application
Control effect (%) -(1-secretory; Wenjie:)
CK. X PT.1
PTCK×100
Or control effect (%)=bZxz.net
100 —CK
Formula: PT,
Number of live mites in the drug treatment area before application,
Number of live ends in the drug treatment area after application;
Number of live ends in the blank control area before application,
....(3)
GB/T 17980. 17—2000
CK.-……Number of live mites after pesticide application in blank control area, PF
Reduction rate of live mites in pesticide-treated area:
CK—-Reduction rate of live mites in blank control area.
4.3 Direct impact on crops
Observe whether the pesticide has any damage to the crop, and record the type and degree of the damage. In addition, the beneficial effects on the crop (promoting early maturity. Increasing growth, etc.) should also be recorded.
Record the damage in the following ways:
a) If the damage can be counted or measured, it should be expressed in absolute values, such as plant height. b) In other cases, the frequency and degree of the damage can be evaluated by the following two methods: 1) Record the degree of damage in each plot according to the pesticide grading method, expressed as one, ten, ten ten, ten ten ten, ten ten ten ten. Grading method for pesticide damage:
—·No pesticide damage;
+10: Mild pesticide damage, which does not affect the normal growth of crops; +10+10: Moderate pesticide damage, which can be recovered and will not cause crop yield reduction; +10+10: Severe pesticide damage, which affects the normal growth of crops and causes a certain degree of loss in crop yield and quality; +10++Severe pesticide damage, crop growth is hindered, and crop yield and quality loss are serious. 2) Compare the pesticide-treated area with the blank control area to evaluate the percentage of pesticide damage. At the same time, accurately describe the pesticide damage symptoms of crops (dwarfing, chlorosis, deformity, etc.) 4.4 Impact on other organisms
4.4.1 Impact on other pests and diseases
Any impact on other pests and diseases should be recorded, including beneficial and unbeneficial impacts. 4.4.2 Impact on other non-target organisms
Record the impact of pesticides on wildlife, fish and beneficial insects. 4.5 Product quality and yield
The yield does not need to be recorded, but any impact on product quality (such as bright spots on the harvested product, visible residue marks) must be recorded. 5 Results
The test data are analyzed using the Duncan's new multiple range (DMRT) method, and in special cases, the corresponding biostatistical methods are used. Write a formal test report and analyze and evaluate the test results. The test report should list the original data.
