Some standard content:

Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Determination of tapping density of y·Fe2O, magnetic powder
Subject content and scope of applicationwwW.bzxz.Net
This standard specifies the determination of tapping density of y·Fe,O, magnetic powder for magnetic recording HG/T2347.3-92
This standard is applicable to the determination of tapping density of y·FeO, magnetic powder and modified ·Fc,O, magnetic powder for magnetic recording 2 Reference standards
GB5211.4: Determination of filling volume and apparent density of pigments GB6003 Test sieve
3 Method summary
The tapping density of yFc,O, magnetic powder is the density after 1250 vibrations under specified conditions. This method uses a filling volume measuring instrument to determine the tapping density of ·Fc,O, magnetic powder. 4 Instruments and equipment
4.1 Filling volume measuring instrument: It should meet the requirements specified in Article 1.2 of GB5211.4. 4.2 Balance: accuracy not less than 0.1g;
4.3 Constant temperature drying oven: can be controlled at 105±2℃ and 85±2C;
4.5 Test sieve: aperture is 500μm, its specification and quality should meet the requirements of GB6003. 5 Sample
Take a representative ·Fe,0, magnetic powder sample of about 500g, put it into the constant temperature drying oven (4.3), keep it at 105±2℃ for 2h. (Diamond-modified Y·Fe,O, magnetic powder can be kept at 85±2C for 2h), move it into the dryer (4.4), cool it to room temperature, sieve it, and put it into the dryer (4.4) for use.
6 Determination steps
Take at least two samples for parallel determination. 6.1 Weigh the mass mo of the measuring cylinder for filling the volumetric device (accurate to 0.1 g), slowly add the y·Fe,O, magnetic powder sample to be measured (about 200 mL) into the measuring cylinder, tilt the measuring cylinder and rotate it relative to the axis, and tap the measuring cylinder to make the sample surface level. 6.2 Insert the measuring cylinder into the stand of the filling volumetric device (4.1), adjust the counter to vibrate 1250 times, take out the measuring cylinder, pour off the loose part on it, read the volume of the sample (accurate to 1 mL), and weigh the total mass ml of the measuring cylinder and the sample (accurate to 0.1 g). 7 Calculation of determination results
The tapping density p is calculated as follows:
Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 1, 199210
Four practical standards for industry preparation and free of charge
Implemented on March 1, 1993
Where: mo—mass of the measuring cylinder, g;
HG/T2347.3-92
-total mass of the measuring cylinder and the sample, g;
Allowable difference
-volume of the sample after vibration, mL.
The allowable difference of the parallel determination results of this method is less than 0.05g/ml. The arithmetic mean of the parallel determination results is taken as the determination result, and the report is accurate to 0.01g/mL. Additional remarks:
This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Magnetic Recording Material Standardization Technical Unit of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by the First Film Factory of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and Guangzhou Magnetic Material Chemical Factory.
