3.4 The operation of each glue roll and transmission parts of the gluing machine should be stable and flexible. The gap adjustment of the upper gluing roll and the upper and lower scraping rolls should be flexible and reliable. 3.5 The gluing roller of the gluing machine should scrape the glue evenly without glue leakage when working. 3.6 The oil circuit of the lubrication system of the gluing machine should be unobstructed to ensure normal lubrication. 3.7 The glue storage tank of the gluing machine shall not leak.
3.8 The electrical control of the gluing machine should be safe and reliable, the insulation resistance between the live parts and the metal shell of the machine body should be not less than 1MQ, and there should be good grounding protection measures. The resistance between the main grounding terminal and any metal parts that may be live due to insulation damage shall not be greater than 0.1α. 3.9 The working noise of the gluing machine shall not be greater than 76dB (A). 3.10 The purchased parts, outsourced parts and raw materials used in the gluing machine should be qualified products. 3.11 The gaps between the working surfaces of the upper and lower glue rollers along the axial direction are uniform, and the maximum gap difference is not more than 0.20mm. The maximum gap difference between the upper and lower glue scraping rollers and their corresponding upper and lower glue working surfaces is not more than 0.15mm. 3.12 The circular runout error values of the working surfaces of the glue rollers and the glue scraping rollers to their two journals are not more than the values specified in the 9th grade tolerance in Table 4 of GB1184.
3.13 The maximum allowable value of the surface roughness R. of the glue coating and scraping rollers is not more than 1.6μm. 3.14 Appearance quality of glue machine
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on December 9, 1994
Implemented on October 1, 1995
JB/T754394
3.14.1 The paint layer on the non-processed surface should be flat, smooth and uniform in color. There should be no obvious dirt, flow marks, bubbles, repair marks and other defects. 3.14.2 The surface treated parts should have uniform color and should not have bubbles, delamination, spots, rust and other defects. 3.14.3 The weld seam of welded parts should be flat without obvious depressions and protrusions. 3.15 Under the condition that the user complies with the installation and use rules of the product, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within 18 months from the date of delivery and within 12 months from the date of installation by the user, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge (except for wearing parts). 4 Test methods
4.1 Before the laminating machine leaves the factory, each product must undergo an idle running test and a load test. 4.2 The running time of the laminating machine idle running test shall not be less than 30 minutes, and shall comply with the requirements of Article 3.4. 4.3 After the laminating machine passes the idle running test, a load test for gluing shall be carried out. The test paper shall be formed qualified corrugated paper, the width of which shall not be less than 80% of the maximum gluing width of the laminating machine, and the length shall not be less than 4 times the maximum gluing roll diameter. 4.4 Determination of gluing quality
4.4.1 After the laminating machine runs stably, 5 samples of gluing corrugated paper shall be continuously drawn, and the gluing quality shall be visually inspected, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3. 4.5 Insulation resistance and grounding resistance test
Use a megohmmeter with an accuracy of not less than Class 1 and a grounding resistance meter (or multimeter) with an accuracy of not less than Class 1.5 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 13 of GB5226, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.8. 4.6 Noise measurement
4.6.1 Test instrument: Type 1 sound level meter specified in GB3785. 4.6.2 No obstacles should be placed around the laminating machine, and the distance from the wall should not be less than 2000mm. 4.6.3 Microphone measurement point location: The height from the ground and the distance from the laminating machine are 1500mm and 1000mm respectively, and 4 measurement points are selected along the periphery of the laminating machine.
4.6.4 When measuring, the background noise (i.e. the ambient noise when the laminating machine is not running) should be measured first, and its location is the same as the measurement location of the laminating machine noise. If the difference between the background noise sound pressure level and the noise sound pressure level when the laminating machine is running is less than 3dB(A), the measurement result is invalid; if the difference is less than 10dB(A) and greater than 3dB(A), the noise of each measurement point of the laminating machine is obtained after correction according to Table 1. Table 1
Lpn-Lro
In the table: LPI - the noise sound pressure level of the laminating machine during operation; Lpo background noise sound pressure level; bZxz.net
ALp - the correction value to be subtracted from Lpi. The actual noise of each measuring point is calculated as follows: Lp=LP-△L
4.6.5 Under load operation, after measuring the noise at each measuring point, take the highest value, which is the noise sound pressure level of the laminating machine, which should comply with the provisions of Article 3.9.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each laminating machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and related standards and technical documents, and can only be shipped with a product certificate. Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.2 Factory inspection
Each product should undergo factory inspection, and the inspection items are Articles 3.2~3.8 and 3.11~3.14. 5.3 Type inspection
JB/T7543-94
5.3.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a.
Trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; when the normal production time is full.
Type inspection items are all technical requirements specified in this standard. 5.3.2
Sampling rules and judgment methods
If the annual output is less than 50 units, 1 unit shall be sampled from any batch. For every 50 units increase in annual output, 1 unit shall be sampled from any batch. 5.3.3.2 Type inspection is qualified if all requirements of this standard are met. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. If it still fails, the batch shall be deemed to have failed the type inspection.
6 Signage, packaging, transportation, storage
The laminating machine should be fixed with a sign in an obvious position, and the size and technical requirements of the sign should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 6.1
The following contents should be marked on the sign:
Product model and name;
Main technical parameters of the product;
Manufacture date and factory number;
Manufacturer name.
The laminating machine should be packed in a box when leaving the factory. The box should be firm and reliable and should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 6.2
