3.1 Classification
3.1.1 Salvage devices are divided into two categories according to the applicable temperature of the magnetic steel, as shown in Table 1. Table 1 Classification of salvage devices (according to the applicable temperature of the magnetic steel) is divided into
Ordinary type
High temperature type
3.1.2 According to the circulation direction of the drilling fluid in the salvage device during drilling, it is divided into three types, as shown in Table 2. Table 2 Classification of salvage devices (according to the circulation direction of drilling fluid in the salvage device) Type

3.2 Model
SY/T5147-—2000
Classification code, the type code is indicated by the letters specified in Table 1, the main parameters are indicated by the letters specified in Table 2, and the nominal diameter is expressed in millimeters. The name code of the magnetic salvage is "C", and "L\ is the Chinese phonetic abbreviation of "magnetic" and "fishing".
Model example: The model of a common reverse circulation salvage with a nominal diameter of 100mm is: CL100FP. The model of a high-temperature positive circulation salvage with a nominal diameter of 100mm is CL100ZG. Technical requirements

4.6 The magnet and the pole core should be fixed reliably without loosening or displacement. 5 Test method
5.1 If the materials of the joint and the barrel need to be tested for mechanical properties, they should be tested in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T228. 5.2 The thread of the drill pipe joint shall be inspected with a thread gauge in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4749. The thread of the oil pipe joint shall be inspected with a thread gauge in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9253.2.
5.3 Normal temperature suction test:
5.3.1 The test shall be carried out with a tensile test equipment, and the reading error of the test instrument shall not exceed 2%. Each suction test shall ensure that the suction time of the salvage device and the armature is 4 to 5 minutes.
5.3.2 The material of the armature used in the test is 45 carbon steel and the shape is cylindrical. The outer diameter of the cylinder is the maximum outer diameter of the salvage, and the thickness is 50mm
5.3.3 When the armature test surface is completely adsorbed by the salvage, pull the armature away from the salvage along the axis direction. The measured tensile force value is the suction value at normal temperature.
5.4 High temperature suction test:
5.4.1 Heat the ordinary salvage to 120℃±5℃, and heat the high temperature salvage to 250℃+5℃, and keep warm for 2h. 5.4.2 Test again according to the methods of 5.3.1, 5.3.2, and 5.3.3. The measured tensile force value should meet the suction value specified in Table 3. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Before leaving the factory, the product must be inspected and certified by the quality inspection department and issued with a certificate of conformity. 6.1.2 Factory inspection items:
a) Joint thread;
b) Normal temperature suction test.
6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 The product must be subjected to type inspection when any of the following conditions exist: a) Newly designed or transferred products; b) When the formally produced products have major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; c) When the product has been discontinued for more than two years for some reason and has resumed production; d) When the national and departmental quality supervision agencies propose to conduct type inspection. 6.2.2 Type inspection items:
The items of type inspection should be all the contents of the technical requirements. 6.3 Judgment rules
