2.3 The surface quality of the bars is as follows:
2.3.1 The surface of the drawn bars shall be smooth and clean, and no defects such as cracks, peeling, pores, inclusions, rough drawing, ring marks and green rust are allowed.
It is allowed to have local defects that do not make the bar diameter exceed the allowable deviation. Scratches, pits and spots are allowed. Slight straightening marks, oxidation color and darkening are allowed. 2.3.2 The surface of the extruded rod should not have cracks, bubbles and peeling. Local defects that do not cause the rod diameter to exceed the allowable deviation are allowed. 2.4 The fracture of the rod should be dense and without shrinkage. Porosity, delamination and inclusions that exceed the requirements of YB732-71 "Copper-nickel and its alloy pipes and bars fracture inspection method" are not allowed. 3 Test method
3.1 The arbitration analysis method of the chemical composition of the rod shall be in accordance with YB128-76 "Nickel 3.2 The bar breaking test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB732-71. 3.3 The room temperature tensile test method of bars shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". 3.4 The external dimensions of bars shall be measured by vernier calipers, micrometers, steel rulers, meter rulers, tape measures, etc. Inspection rules
4.1 Bars shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.2 The bars shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same alloy grade, state and specification. The weight of each batch shall exceed 1000kg. 4.3 The sampling quantity and sampling location shall be specified as follows: 4.3.1 Each batch of bars shall be inspected for external dimensions and surface quality one by one. 4.3.2 The room temperature tensile test shall be conducted by randomly selecting two bars from each batch, and randomly selecting one specimen from each bar. The specimens for the tensile test shall be machined into 5, 8, 10 or 15 mm according to the following provisions, depending on the proximity of the specimen to the diameters of 5, 8, 10 and 15 mm.
For diameters equal to or less than 10mm, no lathing is required;
For diameters greater than 10-24mm, lathing is performed with the center of the cross section of the bar as the center of the circle; 610
GB4435-84
For diameters greater than 24-40mm, lathing is performed within the flat circle area; For diameters greater than 40mm, lathing is performed within the fan-shaped area formed by two mutually perpendicular radii of the cross section of the bar. 4.3.3 The broken door inspection shall be conducted by taking two bars from each batch at random and testing them by pressing the remaining end. 4.4 For each test, even if only two test specimens fail the test results, double test specimens shall be taken from the batch to retest the unqualified item. If there are still one unqualified test specimen after the retest, the entire batch shall be scrapped or tested one by one. The qualified ones shall be individually batched for acceptance. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of bars shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB730-70 "General Methods for Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage of Heavy Nonferrous Metals Processing Products".
