When other rubber products with an applicable temperature of 120℃ to 200c are selected as the inner sheet, the gasket performance parameters m , y value should be close to that of nitrile rubber inner gasket Class II material inner gasket is rubber-containing asbestos braid, and the suitable temperature is less than or equal to 200℃. The rubber content of Class I rubber inner gasket is about 50%, and its hardness should be selected according to the different pressure and temperature of the medium. Shore A hardness of 60~70. Class II rubber-containing asbestos braid inner gasket, the asbestos fiber of its asbestos cloth should be thin and long, generally using SB-32 type flat twill asbestos cloth, and the test and acceptance shall be carried out according to the relevant provisions of JC210. The rubber (natural rubber or nitrile 26) ratio in the rubber coating layer of the inner gasket shall not be less than 70% 4.2 The material of the polytetrafluoroethylene outer layer shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZBG33004, 4.3 For nominal pressure The rubber inner gasket with an embedded steel corrugated ring of 1.0MPa shall not have delamination on the inner side. 5 Packaging and storage 5.1. Gaskets should be wrapped with soft objects in a certain quantity and the sealing surface should not be scratched. 5.2 A packing list and product certificate should be attached when packing. 5.3 Gaskets should be stored indoors.
