The technical content of this standard is basically the same as that of JB1647—T7, and it has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations. This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 2000. This standard replaces JB1647—77 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Forging Machinery Standardization. This standard was drafted by: Jinan Foundry and Forging Machinery Research Institute. This standard was first issued in November 1977. Scope Mechanical Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China Closed Single-point and Double-point Presses Types and Basic Parameters This standard specifies the types and basic parameters of closed single-point and double-point presses. This standard applies to newly designed general-purpose closed single-point and double-point presses. 2 Types The types of presses are divided into closed single-point presses (Figure 1) and closed double-point presses (Figure 2). 3 Basic Parameters JB/T1647-1999 Replaces JB1647-77 The main parameter of closed single-point and double-point presses is nominal force. The nominal force range of each type of press shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3.1 3.2 The basic parameters of closed single-point and double-point presses shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3.
