GB/T4073-1996
This standard is a revised version of GB4073-83 "Type of phosphor". This standard makes the following revisions to the original standard GB4073-83: "The corresponding CIE chromaticity coordinates of each type of phosphor are added to the name list of photoluminescent and cathode-ray luminescent phosphors; new brand numbers of various types of phosphors are added to the name list. The errors and missing data in each name list are revised and supplemented. This standard will replace GB4073-83 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Electronics Industry. The drafting units of this standard are: the Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Electronics Industry and Beijing Chemical Plant. The main drafters of this standard are: Liu Yun, Zhu Linsheng, Cao Wei, Zhou Yuanbiao, and Sun Tiezheng. 1 Scope

Phosphors are divided into five categories according to the excitation method, which are indicated by the first capital letter of the Chinese pinyin, see Table 1. Table 1

When the same type of fluorescent powder has multiple excitation methods according to its use, it should be classified according to the excitation method of its main use. 3 Brand representation method
3.1 The brand of fluorescent powder products consists of two parts: Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals. The Chinese phonetic letters represent the category of fluorescent powder products, and the Arabic numerals represent the number of fluorescent powder products in this category. 3.2 For fluorescent powders for black and white TV, color TV and color display, the "\" sign should be added after the Arabic numerals, and then the international common symbols and Arabic numerals should be used after the "\" sign. The luminous color is the order number of the product developed for this purpose. The number of fluorescent powder for black and white TV is fixed to 4. The number of fluorescent powder for color TV is fixed to 22. The number of fluorescent powder for color display is fixed to 30. The international common symbols corresponding to the luminous color of fluorescent powder are shown in Table 2. Table 2
3.3 For phosphors with the same main performance parameters as this standard but with different individual parameters or uses, manufacturers shall use numbers, letters or other symbols to distinguish them after the corresponding brands. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on September 9, 1996 and implemented on May 1, 1997
