4.1 External morphological characteristics
4.1.1 Appearance
The body is slender and fusiform, with a slightly flat front end and gradually flattened to the back. The mouth is inferior and in the shape of a "human". There are small teeth on both jaws, which are chalky and velvety. 1 The frontal bone suddenly bends downward behind the corner of the mouth, and the rear end is exposed. The eyes are small orange-red, and the fat eye face is not developed. There are two dorsal fins, separated. There are no axillary scales at the base of the pectoral fins. The body is covered with weak comb scales, the head is round scales, and there is no lateral line. The gills are slender and densely arranged. The tail fin is concave or shallow. The head and dorsal part of the body are hard blue, the sides of the body are light yellow, and the abdomen is white.
The external morphology of the spindle color is shown in Figure 1.

Take out the scales stored in the scale bag, place them in culture medium, and clean them. Press the cleaned scales on the fish body and clamp them between two glass slides, attach a marker, and seal the two ends with transparent tape. d) Observe the growth rings of the scales under a microscope or projection to determine the age of the fish. Growth ring characteristics: sparse and dense, cut or form gaps. 7.1.3
7.1.4 Regenerated scales shall not be used for age identification. 7. 2 Determination of fertility
During the breeding season, live dissection of sexually mature broodstock before spawning is performed, and body weight, pure body weight and gonad weight (accurate to 0.01g) are weighed on an electric balance. At the same time, 1.00g of eggs are weighed, and two samples are counted under a dissecting microscope to calculate the average number of eggs per gram. The total number of eggs contained in the nest is the absolute egg-bearing capacity, and the number of eggs contained per unit body weight (g) is the relative egg-bearing capacity. 7.3 Chromosome detection
Perform in accordance with GB17716.
7.4 Biochemical genetic analysis
Perform in accordance with GB17716.
