JB/T10155—1999 The grinding performance test method specified in the original GB4979-85 "Sheet-shaped Abrasive Paper" is an important test method for abrasive paper. Since most of the content in this standard has been included in the three industry standards JB/T3889—1994 "Abrasive Cloth", JB/T7498--1994 "Abrasive Paper" and JB/T7499--1994 "Water-resistant Sandpaper" promulgated in 1994, and this standard has also been abolished, the grinding performance test method of abrasive paper needs to be specified in the corresponding standard. This standard is based on the original GB4979--85, combined with the current domestic production and use conditions, and the grinding performance test method of abrasive paper is formulated. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools. This standard is applicable to abrasive cloth, sandpaper and water-resistant sandpaper. 2 Test equipment 2.1 Grinding performance tester for emery cloth and sandpaper a) The end face runout of the grinding disc of the grinding performance tester is not greater than 0.05mm; b) The grinding disc speed of the grinding performance tester is (320±5)r/min; c) Grinding track: The inner diameter of the track ring is (87±0.2)mm; the ring width is (16.5±0.4)mm. 2.2 Balance The graduation value of the balance is 0.01g. 2.3 Constant temperature water bathwww.bzxz.net The water temperature fluctuation is ±2℃. 3 Test conditions The grinding performance test conditions of emery cloth and sandpaper shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Weigh its mass as W, place it on the grinding disc of the pre-grinding performance tester and clamp it with the grinding disc cover: b) Take a test rod and weigh its mass as G1, clamp it on the grinding performance tester; c) Start the motor, then add a code of specified mass to make the test rod and the sample fully contact, and start timing at the same time; d) Keep running at a constant speed, stop after the specified time, remove the test rod and sample respectively, and weigh their masses as G2 and W2. 5.2 Wet grinding test 8) Take a sample and soak it in water at a temperature of 40°C for 4 h) Take it out and place it on the grinding disc of the grinding performance tester, and clamp it with the grinding disc cover ring: b) Take a test rod, weigh its mass as Gi, and clamp it on the grinding performance tester; c) Open the water spray pipe valve to allow water to rush to the contact point between the test rod and the sample; d) Start the motor, then add a code of specified mass to make the test rod and the sample fully contact, and start timing at the same time, adjust the contact point between water and the sample; e) Keep running at a high speed, stop after the specified time, take out the test rod and the sample respectively, drain the water on the test rod, and weigh its mass as G2. 6 Processing of test results a) The amount of metal removed is calculated according to formula (1): G=G-Gz Where: G——amount of metal removed, g, Gi---mass of the test rod before grinding, g; --mass of the test rod before and after grinding, g. b) The sample sand removal amount is calculated according to formula (2): W-WI--W?
