Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the emission standard values of water pollutants and odor pollutants of monosodium glutamate industrial enterprises, and clarifies the emission standards of air pollutants, factory boundary noise standards and solid waste treatment and disposal standards implemented by monosodium glutamate industrial enterprises. The water pollutant emission standard values specify the maximum allowable daily emission concentration of water pollutants, the pollutant emission per ton of product and the maximum daily discharge per ton of product by year. This standard applies to the emission management of water pollutants and air pollutants, factory boundary noise pollution control and solid waste treatment and disposal management of monosodium glutamate production enterprises and enterprises that use semi-finished products to produce glutamic acid, as well as the environmental impact assessment of monosodium glutamate industrial construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities for construction projects, completion acceptance and pollution control and management after commissioning. In order to implement the "Water Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China", "Water Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China", "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", "Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", "Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", strengthen the emission control of pollutants from the MSG industry, protect human health and maintain soil balance, this standard is formulated. This standard has the following characteristics: 1. It is applicable to 100 industrial enterprises, and does not implement pollution management, pollution control and physical disposal of waste management; 2. The standard is based on the clean production technology and treatment technology of the industry, and determines the water pollutant emission standards of the MSG industry enterprises; 3. The existing emission sources are divided into time periods to stipulate the water pollutant emission standard values; 2. The emission standards of pollutants are not divided into standard water ranges.
This standard is the first release of the GR9979-199 integrated standard for industrial water pollution discharge. The National Environmental Protection Administration and the Ministry of Science and Technology issued the standard and the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences and the Light Industry Environmental Protection Research Institute are responsible for it. This standard was approved by the State Environmental Protection Administration in 2014. This standard comes from the National Environmental Protection Administration's interpretation of the scope of the monosodium glutamate industrial pollutant emission standard GB19431-2004. The standard stipulates that "monosodium glutamate industrial enterprises shall collect water pollutants, and the emission standards for other pollutants shall be eliminated. The emission standards for other pollutants in the monosodium glutamate industrial enterprises shall be set at the annual filter period, and the actual value of the emission standard for pollutants shall be recorded at the annual filter period. This standard applies to the emission concentration, maximum monthly output of pollutants from production and drainage of double tons of products. It is applicable to the water pollutants, atmospheric emission pipes, factory boundary pollution control and solid waste management of ten-speed speed production enterprises, and to the environmental impact assessment of the construction project of the state, the effectiveness of the environmental protection and expansion plan of the state, and the pollution control and management of the whole plant before it is put into production. 2.
