This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of computer controlled embroidery machines.

3.1 Type
This machine has single or multiple heads, and adopts microcomputer control to realize feeding in X and Y directions to form lock stitch, which can carry out multi-color or single-color embroidery.
3.2 Basic parameters

4 Technical requirements

4.1.1.1 The surface of the painted parts shall be flat and uniform in color, and there shall be no obvious defects such as bubbles, sagging and knock-off in the main visible parts. 4.1.1.2 The surface of electroplated parts should be flat and uniform in color, without rust or peeling, and the main surface should be free of obvious bubbles, spots, pinholes and burrs. 4.1.1.3 The surface of blackened parts should be uniform in color, without unoxidized spots, sediments, spots, scratches, rust and other defects. 4.1.1.4 Exposed parts and components should not have burrs. 4.1.1.5 The surface of the same type of plastic parts on the same platform should be uniform in color, without obvious shrinkage, scratches and other defects. 4.1.1.6 The surface of the table should be flat and smooth, without degumming, stains, scratches and other defects. 4.1.1.7 The surface of the control box should be flat and uniform in color, without obvious dents, scratches, cracks, deformation and other defects. 4.1.1.8 The sign should be clear, complete and correctly positioned. 4.1.1.9 The surface of the frame should be smooth, flat, without scratches, deformation and uniform in color. 4.1.1.10 The electrical wires and connectors shall be arranged neatly, firmly and clearly marked. 4.1.2 Machine performance
4.1.2.1 The tension of the needle thread and shuttle thread shall be adjustable. 4.1.2.2 Parking accuracy
When parking, the main shaft rotation angle position shall be correct, and the repeated parking accuracy shall be basically accurate. The tolerance of the color-changing model is ±2.5°, and the non-color-changing model is ±10%.
4.1.2.3 Needle and thread detection
When the needle and thread are used up or broken, it shall be able to stop and indicate automatically. 4.1.2.4 Speed regulation performance
The embroidery speed can be set manually or automatically adjusted during the embroidery process. 4.1.2.5 Stitch length
The maximum stitch length shall comply with the provisions of 3.2.
4.1.3 Microcomputer Function

4.1.4.3 Continuous embroidery
Continuous embroidery 12000 stitches, the number of thread breaks for more than 6 heads shall not exceed 1/2 of the total number of heads, and the number of thread breaks for less than 6 heads (including 6 heads) shall not exceed 3 times. 4.1.5 Operation performance

4.2.1 Automatic thread trimming
When changing colors or when embroidery is finished, the needle thread and shuttle thread can be automatically cut. 4.2.2 Color changing function
The color can be changed manually or automatically, and it should be flexible, correct and reliable. 4.2.3 Pattern mirror transformation
The pattern can be mirror transformed.
4.2.4 Pattern scaling
The pattern can be scaled in X.The Y direction can be reduced or enlarged by 50% or 200% in units of 1%. 4.2.5 Pattern rotation
The pattern can be rotated within 360° of the plane, and the minimum rotation angle is 1. 4.2.6 Pattern editing
The pattern should be able to be copied, split, combined, deleted, and edited. 4.2.7 Long stitch jump
In embroidery, when the stitch length exceeds the set length, the machine can automatically track the embroidery. 4.2.8 Frame fast shift
When the machine is started, the spindle does not rotate, and the frame can be quickly moved to the set position. 4.2.9 Frame separate feeding
When the machine is started, the spindle does not rotate, and the frame can be fed one by one according to the pattern stitches. 4.2.10 Frame retreat
When embroidery is interrupted, the frame can retreat to the set position. 4.2.11 Set another frame starting position
The frame can be set to any other position. After the machine is started, the frame should be able to automatically move from the other starting position to the original super-embroidery point of the pattern and then start embroidery. After the embroidery is finished, the frame should be able to return to the other starting position. 4.2.12 Power-off memory
When the power is off, the pattern data in execution should be retained, and embroidery can continue when the power is on. 5 Test method
5.1 Basic requirements test
5.1.1 Appearance quality
Under the light intensity of 600±2001x, the inspection distance is 300mm, and it is judged by visual inspection. 5.1.2 Machine performance
5.1.2.1 Thread tension adjustment mechanism
It is carried out in the embroidery performance test project.
5.1.2.2 Parking accuracy
During the embroidery process, the machine is stopped 5 times. The parking angle position when stopping can meet the requirements of 4.1 and 2.2. 5.1.2.3 Needle and thread detection

Needle and thread are used up or broken artificially, and the judgment is made by daily test. 5.1.2.4 Adjustment performance
Manual speed control, visual embroidery speed should change, and automatic speed control should be tested when the stitch length jumps and embeds embroidery. 5.1.2.5 Stitch length

5.1.3 Microcomputer function
5.1.3.1 Number of patterns stored

5.1.4 Embroidery performance test
Before the test, the cloth and dirt in each part should be cleaned and lubricating oil should be added according to the instructions; the embroidery speed is allowed to be reduced by 3% and tested with a non-contact speedometer. Before the test, the tension of the needle and shuttle thread can be adjusted. If the test does not meet the requirements, it is allowed to adjust and try again. The test conditions are shown in Table 1.
5.1.5 Operation performance test
5.1.5.1 Noise test shall be carried out in accordance with FJ/T527 (for two-end or less models, it shall be carried out in accordance with QB/T1177) 5.1.5.2 Normal operation test shall be carried out in 5.1.4, by listening and visual inspection. 5.1.5.3 Visual inspection of mechanical protection cover.
5.1.6 Electrical performance and safety
5.1.6.1 Anti-interference

5.1.6.4 Protection against electric shock

Inspect item by item according to the provisions of the packing list or product instruction manual, and the number shall not be less than the specified number. 5.2 Extended requirement test

Turn off the power supply manually for 10 minutes during the embroidery process, then turn on the power supply again for visual inspection. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products must pass the inspection of the inspection department before leaving the factory, and be accompanied by an inspection certificate. 6.2 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection (delivery inspection) and type inspection (routine inspection). 6.2.1 Factory inspection
When the product is delivered, the consignee has the right to inspect and accept it according to the factory inspection items specified in this standard. 6.2.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in the following circumstances. Trial and type identification of new products or old products for production conversion; a.
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, inspection should be carried out after one year of normal production;
d. When the product is resumed after one year of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection, e.
