GB/T 4269 "Symbols for operating mechanisms and other display devices of agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery, lawn and gardening power machinery" is divided into 5 parts:
--General symbols bzxZ.net
--Symbols for agricultural tractors and machinery: Symbols for lawn and gardening power machinery:
Forestry machinery operator control symbols and other markings - Portable forestry machinery operator control symbols and other markings This part is Part 5 of GB3/T4263.
This part is equivalent to the international Standard IS3767-5:1992 "Tractor and agricultural and forestry machinery, powered lawn and garden machinery operator control symbols and other markings Part 5: Symbols for portable forestry machinery" and 1S3767-5:2001 Supplement 1: Revision and supplementary symbols.
The name of this part is modified according to the language habits of Chinese, which is different from the name of 1S03767-5:1992. The unit of the symbol in 6.12 of this part is changed to \r/min\ according to the provisions of my country's standards. This part is proposed by the State Forestry Administration.
This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Forestry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this part are: Harbin Forestry Machinery Research Institute of the State Forestry Administration, Harbin Engineering University. The main drafters of this part are: Zhang Rui, Zhang Weiguo, Wu Guixiang. 1 Scope
GB/T4269.5—2003/1S0 3767-5;1992 Portable forestry machinery
Operator control symbols and other markings
This part of GB/T4269 specifies the symbols and markings for the operator control of portable forestry machinery. These symbols and markings are used for the control and instructions of portable forestry machinery.
This part applies to portable forestry machinery such as chain saws and brush cutters. Note: For operator control symbols and other markings for other mechanical equipment, see other parts of GB/T4269 listed in the preface. 2 Normative references
The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this part through the reference of this part of GB/T4269. For any dated reference, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this part. However, the equipment parties that have reached an agreement based on this part are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For any undated reference, the latest version of the referenced document applies to this part.

Terms and definitions established in BT4269.1 shall apply to this part of GB/14269.4 General
4.1 Symbols are given in Chapter 6. Some individual symbols in the symbols and selected combination symbols listed in Chapter 6 have been explained separately. Other symbols may be colored according to practical purposes in order to improve the clarity of reproduction and the visual effect of the operator. 4.2 Subject to the limitations of reprinting and copying technology, it is allowed to deepen the lines of the symbol or make slight modifications to the symbol, but the basic graphic elements of the symbol must remain unchanged and be easy for the operator to recognize. 4.3 In order to improve the appearance and visual effect of the symbol or to match the design of the machine, Coordination allows changing the depth of the symbol lines or rounding the corners of the symbol. Graphic signs may have certain changes while maintaining the basic elements and characteristics of the symbol. See 10.2 of IS03461-1:1988.
4.4 For practical application, all symbols should be reproduced and enlarged to facilitate operator identification. See ISO3t61 for guidance on appropriate symbol sizes. Unless otherwise specified in individual derivatives, all symbols should be placed in the direction shown in this part. 4.5 Most symbols are composed of standard symbol elements. Different symbols and symbol elements are combined in a reasonable way to create a new symbol.
GB/T 4.6 If the symbol is represented by a side view of a machine or a part of a machine, it shall be assumed that the machine moves from right to left. If the symbol is represented by a top view of a machine or a part of a machine, it shall be assumed that the machine moves from bottom to top. 4.7 A symbol is only complete when it has contrast (e.g. a black symbol on a white background or vice versa). Symbols and signs shall contrast with the background colour. For most control symbols, it is recommended that light symbols be drawn on a dark background. Signs should also be drawn with light symbols on a dark background or dark symbols on a light background for best visual effect. 4.8 The symbol shall be located on or near the control device it represents. When more than one symbol is required to represent a control device, the symbols shall be placed so that the operator can see the function of the device represented by the symbol. 4.9 Arrows for symbols shall be drawn in accordance with IS4196. The rules for creating these symbols are given in GB/T 4269.1. 4.10 Table 1 lists the ISO/IFC registration numbers for the symbols. Registration numbers less than 5000 are given in IS07000, and registration numbers greater than 500G are given in IEC 417.
4.11 Although letters and numbers may be used as symbols, these symbols are not registered with ISO/TC [45 or published in IS(7000. The use of the letter symbols in Table 1 is not limited, and other letters may be used as symbols, but care must be taken that the symbols are easy to interpret. 4.12 The size of the symbols in Table 1 is 32% of the original size, and the symbols are set at 75 mm with a superscript "L". The superscript is not part of the symbol, but rather gives the symbol a unified frame. 4.13 Microfilms of the symbols in Table 1 can be obtained from the 1S0/T145 Secretariat. 5 Colors
5.1 When the following colors are used to illustrate symbols and marks, their meanings are: Red: failure or serious failure, requiring immediate attention; Yellow or light yellow: outside the normal operating conditions; Green: operation under normal operating conditions.
5.2 For safety symbols, the corresponding colors should be used (see 5.1). However, if the control symbol, instruction symbol or mark is cast, rolled or molded on the machine casing, it does not need to be painted.
