Quartz clocks for public usc
Published on 2005-07-26
National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China Implemented on 2006-01-01
This standard is a revision of QB/T1987-1994 "Quartz clocks for building use". The main changes compared with QB/T1987—1994 are as follows: The name of the standard is changed from "Quartz clocks for public use" to "Quartz clocks for public use": QB/1987—2 005
The reference in the "scope" of Chapter 1 has changed from more than 1.5m to 0.4m: and the maximum height of the maximum indication time is not less than 0mm. Regarding the change of the inspection method, two standards, GB/2828.1 Counting sampling inspection Part 1: Sampling plan for batch inspection according to acceptance quality limit (AQL) inspection and GB/T2829 Periodic inspection efficiency sampling procedures and tables (applicable to the inspection of process stability) have been added to the second normative reference document: the "GB776 Technical conditions for electrical measuring instruments" quoted in the past has been changed to "GB14536.1-1998 Household and similar electric controllers Part 1: General requirements", because the latter's scope of application includes the products covered by this standard and is commonly used in meter testing. .…—Added Chapter 3 "Terms and Definitions" and made new provisions for the minimum output force of the minute hand of each type of clock: re-divided the travel time accuracy level, and evaluated the daily difference of the common solution. - Added the requirements for visibility, workability and synchronization of the external display of multi-faceted clocks, hybrid clocks and mother-child clock structures. Since this standard applies to a wider range of products than the original standard, some public clocks have been mass-produced, and the factory inspection rules used in the H standard are no longer applicable. It is determined that the monthly sampling inspection method must be accepted, and the relevant content of the type inspection is added. This standard was proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Clock and Watch Standardization Center. The main drafting units of this standard are Polaris Watch Group Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Baoyu Technology Co., Ltd., and the Industrial Clock and Watch Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Yu Ke, Bu Dusong, Shang Li, Zhang Xuedong, Liu Xiaoming, Zhao Diming. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: QB/T19B7-[994.
From the date of implementation of this standard, it replaces the light industry standard QB/T1987-1994 Quartz Clocks for Buildings issued by the China Light Industry Association. 1. Scope
Quartz Clocks for Public Use
QB/T-987-2005
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection and supervision rules, marking, packaging, selection, storage and installation of quartz clocks for public use (hereinafter referred to as "quartz clocks"). This standard is applicable to digital clocks with a diameter of not less than 0.4m and a time display of not less than 70mm. Quartz clocks can be used in public places. 2 Normative references || TT || The above-listed documents become references to this standard through reference in this standard: For all referenced documents, any subsequent amendments (excluding errors) or revisions shall be marked with the same label.
