JB/T5791-2002
JB/T5791—2002
This standard is based on GB/T3783—1994 "Basic requirements for marine low-voltage electrical appliances", GBT14048.1—2000 "General rules for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear" and GB14048.3-1993 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear low-voltage switch, isolator, isolator and fuse combination electrical appliances", and revised JBT5791-1991 "Marine combination switch". This standard refers to the publication No. C60092 "Marine electrical equipment" 101: Definitions and general provisions, 201: General rules for system design and IEC60408 (1972) "Low-voltage air switch, air isolator, air isolator and fuse combination electrical appliances" (first edition).
The main technical performance indicators and test methods are in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T3783-1994, GB/T14048.1-2000 and GB14048.3-1993.
Compared with JB/T5791-1991 "Marine Combination Switches", the main changes in technical performance of this standard are as follows: - Considering the interests of the manufacturer, no specific regulations are made for the derived series code of the product, but for the marine combination switches with shell protection, the product name is allowed to use the original name, and the shell protection level should meet the requirements of this standard, such as: marine airtight combination switch. The overall dimensions and installation dimensions of the marine combination switch can be specified by the manufacturer. - For the rated short-circuit current test of the combination switch for marine use and RL96--25.63.100 fuse, according to the provisions of Table 13 in GB14048.3-1993, if the switch is subjected to test procedure 3 (short-circuit performance), then test procedure 4 (limited short-circuit current) does not necessarily need to be carried out, so this test is exempted. - For 10A marine combination switches whose electrical clearance and creepage distance do not meet the standards, a 6000V impulse withstand voltage test is required. Since GB/14048.1-2000 "General Rules for Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment" has replaced GB/T14048.1-1993, this standard and its related clauses have also been changed accordingly, and the provisions for periodic testing have been cancelled. This standard replaces JBT5791-1991.
This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Electric Science Institute. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Lixin Electric Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Shen Meiling and Xue Chuanjin. This standard was first issued in June 1991.
1 Scope
Marine combination switch
JB/T5791--2002
This standard specifies the model, specification, mark, normal working conditions, technical requirements, test, packaging, transportation and storage of marine combination switch. This standard applies to HZ910 series marine combination switch (hereinafter referred to as switch), which is installed on ships and used for manual infrequent connection or disconnection of circuits and switching circuits in electrical circuits of AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), 380V and below, DC 220V and below. Generally, it cannot directly start the motor and cut off the short-circuit current. Only 10A, 25A and other switches can control small-capacity motors. Note: AC 440V.660V switches can refer to this standard for implementation, and the relevant performance requirements are determined by the manufacturer and the user through negotiation. 2 Normative references
The clauses in the following documents become clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For any dated referenced document, all subsequent amendments (excluding errors) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties that reach an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used.
