1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the type, series and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of oil seismic exploration truck-mounted drilling rigs (hereinafter referred to as "drilling rigs"). 3 Type, series and basic set
3.1 Type
a. According to the transmission method: mechanical, hydraulic, mechanical and liquid b. According to the washing medium. Liquid, gas, liquid and gas; c. According to the drilling method: rotary, rotary and vibration. 3.2 Model

3.3 Series and basic parameters
The series and basic parameters of the drilling rig should comply with the current regulations in Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on November 3, 1992, and implemented on April 1, 1993

The materials used in the drilling rig, the purchased parts and equipment matched with the drilling rig shall comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards and industry standards, and shall have a product certificate. bzxZ.net
Castings, forgings, welded parts and machined parts shall comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards and industry standards. 4.1.3
The pressurized water tank shall comply with the provisions of JB741.
The rack shall comply with the provisions of SY5025.
The lifting equipment shall comply with the provisions of SY5112. The air compressor shall comply with the provisions of GJ33853 and JB770. The air control system and pneumatic components shall comply with the provisions of GB7932 and SY5043. The assembly of the drilling rig shall comply with the provisions of SY5307. 4.1.9.1
Oil, gas and drilling fluid pipelines should be arranged neatly, reliably installed, easy to maintain and free of interference. Instruments should be arranged centrally for easy observation and equipped with protective devices. Rotating parts such as power heads, faucets and turntables should be subjected to bench tests separately and can be installed only after passing the test. Rotating parts must be subjected to balance tests according to the balance accuracy specified in the drawings. When the drill is in a vertical position, the coaxiality of the drill pipe centerline to the slip hole centerline is 15mm. The drilling rig should have a mechanized drill pressurizing mechanism. The unbuckling mechanism on the drilling tool should be mechanized or semi-mechanized. SY/T 5524--92
4.1.12 Drilling rigs with a drilling depth of more than 100m should be equipped with a drilling rig leveling mechanism. 4.1.13 The total mass center of mass position and axle load distribution of the drilling rig should comply with the technical regulations of the chassis used. 4.1.14 Except for special provisions, the road driving safety of the drilling rig should comply with the provisions of GB7258. 4.1.15 The lubrication system shall comply with the provisions of GB6576. 4.1.16 The drill pipe shall comply with the provisions of YB3303.3 and SY5290. 4.1.17 The painting shall comply with the provisions of SY5308. 4.2 Drilling fluid circulation system
4.2.1 The safety valve of the drilling pump shall be opened at the specified pressure, and its static opening pressure deviation shall be +0.2MPa. 4.2.2 The pump head, exhaust air bag, pressure pipe and safety valve shell of the drilling pump shall be subjected to a hydrostatic H test at 2 times the maximum discharge pressure of the drilling pump, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5min without leakage.
4.2.3 The discharge manifold shall be subjected to a hydrostatic pressure test at 1.2 times the maximum discharge pressure of the mud pump, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5min without leakage. 4.2.4 The suction manifold shall be subjected to a hydrostatic pressure test at 1/3 times the maximum discharge pressure of the mud pump, and the pressure shall be maintained for 5min without leakage. 4.2.5 The temperature rise of rolling bearings, guide plates and friction pairs shall not exceed 45℃, and the temperature value shall not exceed 85℃. The temperature rise of the oil pool shall not exceed 50℃, and the temperature value shall not exceed 95℃.
4.2.6 When the drilling and recording is used below -4℃, insulation measures should be taken. 4.2. Centrifugal drilling and recording pumps shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 4.3 Hydraulic system
4.3.1 The hydraulic system and hydraulic components shall comply with the provisions of GB3766 and GB7935. Use the hydraulic oil specified in the design, and the oil filter filtration accuracy is 10um. 4.3.2
When the ambient temperature is the highest, except for special provisions, the inlet working oil temperature of the hydraulic pump shall not exceed 60℃. 4.3.3
“The system shall have safety devices to help prevent overload and filter pressure shock. The set pressure value of the safety relief valve shall be 11/10 of the rated pressure value of the system.4.3.4
The hydraulic cylinder of the drilling rig shall be equipped with a two-way hydraulic lock, which shall be directly installed on the oil cylinder and ensure that the hydraulic cylinder of the outrigger can stop accurately and smoothly at any position of the effective stroke.4.3.5
4.3.6 The hydraulic cylinder of the lifting and lowering rack shall be equipped with a safety device to prevent the rack from falling at an excessive speed.4.4 Control system
4.4.1 The control handle and the single handle shall be installed in a convenient position for operation, and each control action shall not interfere with each other and cause malfunction.4.4.2 The control handle and brake handle shall not be out of position due to vibration, etc., and the operation shall be light and flexible.4.4.3 The control handle, hand wheel, button, etc. shall be equipped with clear signs to indicate their purpose and operation method.4.4.4 The system shall be equipped with necessary sound, light signal or communication equipment 4.5 Electrical installations
Electrical wires of different colors should be used to distinguish different electrical circuits. 4.5.1
Nighttime working lights should be installed on the top of the drilling rig and on each instrument. 4.5.2
The wheel indicator lights of the full length, width and height of the drilling rig should be installed. 4.5.3
4.5.4 The lighting circuit of the drilling rig should use a voltage of 24V or less (including 24V). 4.6 Protective equipment
The exposed rotating parts of gears, belts, and chain transmission devices should be equipped with protective covers. The anti-expansion cover should be strong and easy to observe and repair. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a. When a new product is trial-produced or an old product is transferred to another factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that affect product performance; 3

d.The product is in normal production for three years or the accumulated output is 200 units. The number of units to be sampled shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. The sampling time shall be evenly distributed in one year. If the sampling fails, the number of units to be sampled shall be increased. If there is still one unit that fails, a full inspection shall be conducted.

5.1.1 Sealing test

a. Hydraulic system test: at the maximum system pressure value, the pressure shall be stabilized for 5 minutes without leakage. b. Air circulation system test: at the maximum exhaust pressure value of the air compressor, the pressure shall be stabilized for 5 minutes without leakage. c. Pneumatic control system test: at the maximum system pressure value, the pressure shall be stabilized for 5 minutes without leakage. d. Drilling fluid circulation system test: at the maximum discharge pressure value of the drilling pump, the pressure shall be stabilized for 5 minutes without leakage. 5.1.2 Empty test
Before starting, check whether there are any obstacles in each part. After starting, run at low speed for more than 10 minutes. After it works normally, test from low speed to high speed. The highest speed operation time shall not be less than 30 minutes, and the continuous operation time shall not be less than 1 hour. No abnormal phenomenon shall occur. 5.1.3 Load test
a. The lifting mechanism is loaded to the maximum lifting force value, and the lifting is performed at a low speed for no less than 3 times within the entire lifting height. There shall be no jamming at the desired position, the wire rope shall not be twisted, and the chain shall not jump teeth. The starting and braking shall be smooth, and the amount of the weight sliding down during braking shall not be greater than 0.2m
b. The rotating mechanism rotates at the lowest speed, and the drilling tool is pressurized. The test time is 10min, and the maximum pressure value shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. c. The drilling rig is placed on a solid ground with the total mass, and all the supporting cylinders are lifted. After the car tires leave the ground, they are kept for 1h, and the retraction of the supporting cylinders shall not be greater than 1mms
d. The cylinders are extended and retracted for no less than 3 times within the specified range, and the action shall be smooth. 5.1.4 Drilling test
Drill at the maximum drilling depth and make the following inspections, a. All parts should work normally and be inspected according to 3.3. b. The temperature rise of each rolling shaft shall not exceed 45℃, and the temperature value shall not exceed 85%. C. The noise sound pressure level is measured 1.6m above the center of the drilling rig operating platform in accordance with relevant standards. The drilling rig is more than 93dB [A1 drilling and liquid drilling 85dBrA].
5.1.5 Driving test
The continuous driving of the drilling rig on the third-class highway or dirt road shall not be less than 30km, and the total mileage shall not be less than 100knl. During the test, the braking, maneuverability, driving smoothness and stability of the car are comprehensively examined, and the tightening of each component of the drilling rig is checked. 5.2 Factory inspection
Each drilling rig can be shipped only after it has passed the inspection in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.2.1 Sealing test
Perform according to 5.1.1.
5.2.2 No-load test
Perform according to the provisions of 5.12.
5.2.3 Teaching load test
Perform according to the provisions of items b, c, d in 5.1.3
5.2.4 Drilling test
The drilling depth shall not be less than 1/10 of the maximum drilling depth. If it is less than 4.5m, take 4.5m. Others shall be carried out according to the provisions of 5.1.4. 4
5.2.5 Driving test
Perform according to 5.1.5, but do not assess the total mileage.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Marking

6.2 Packaging
6.2.1 The drilling rig is installed in a tree-like manner, and other aspects shall comply with the provisions of SY5309. 6.2.2 The frame shall be firmly fixed on the frame support when leaving the factory. 6.2.3 One end of the active drill rod shall be tightened with the faucet joint, and the exposed threaded part of the other end shall be protected by a thread guard and fixed together with the frame. 6.2.4 The exposed threaded part of the end of the power head and the drill rod shall be protected by a thread guard, and the drill rod shall be firmly fixed in the drill rod box. 6.2.5 The random spare parts and random documents shall be packed in an irrigation and rainproof packaging box, and the wooden box shall be firmly fixed on the drilling rig platform. 6.2.6 The accompanying documents shall include:

6.3 Transportation
Drilling rig transportation shall comply with the relevant national regulations on vehicle transportation. 6.4 Storage
6.4.1 The drilling rig shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place. When stored for a long time, it shall not be exposed to rain or sunlight. 6.4.2 Before the drilling rig is stored, the cooling water shall be drained and cleaned. The nameplate shall be coated with hard butter or sprayed with peelable plastic. The exposed processing surface (unpainted part) and the packaging parts, tools, accessories, etc. shall be coated with anti-rust grease or other effective anti-rust measures. 6.4.3 When the drilling rig is stored for more than three months, the tires should be inflated or supported by wooden blocks as required, and the batteries should be removed. 6.5 Under the condition that the user complies with the storage, transportation and use rules of the product and uses it properly, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the damaged parts and components free of charge within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality.
