ICS 75.020 Registration number: 6832—2000 Petroleum and natural gas industry standard of the People's Republic of ChinaSY/1 5618--2000 Casing float collar and float shoe Casing float collar and float shoe200003-10 Issued National Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical IndustrybzxZ.net 2000-10-01 Implementation SY/T 561820M0 Cited standards Technical requirements and test methods Inspection rules Marking, packaging, transportation and storage SY/T 5618—2000 Float collars and float shoes are used to guide the casing string to go in smoothly, adjust the buoyancy of the casing string when lowering the casing, prevent cement slurry from flowing back into the casing and the bearing plug during cementing, and accurately control the height of the cement plug in the casing to improve the cementing quality. This standard was first issued in 1988 and revised for the first time in 1993. This is the first revision. This revision adds the content of float collars and float shoes for small wells, and stipulates the positive and reverse pressure of float collars and float shoes according to the test pressure. From the month of implementation, this standard will replace SY/T5618-93 at the same time. This standard was proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Petroleum Drilling Engineering Professional Standardization Committee. This standard was drafted by the Drilling Production Technology Service Company of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Xiancheng, Feng Yongjiang, Guo Qinghai, Chen Shiwei, Zhang Xianwu. 1 Scope Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Casing fhoat collar and fhat shoe Casing fhoat collar and fhat shoeSY/T 5618—2000 Replaces 5Y/15618—93 This standard specifies the types, specifications, technical requirements, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of fhoat collars and fhat shoes for casing. This standard is applicable to fhoat collars and fhat shoes for solid-state casing of petroleum and natural gas. 2 Referenced standards The texts contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by being used in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were valid. All standards are subject to revision. To facilitate this standard, all parties should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards: (13/T1239.2-1989 Technical conditions for cold-rolled cylindrical screw compression springs [GJ3/Factory 3077-1988 Technical conditions for alloy structural steel G13/T9253.2:1999 Processing, measurement and inspection of casing, tubing and bobbin butterfly patterns in the natural gas industry JB4/30--94 Nondestructive testing of pressure vessels 3 Definitions This standard adopts the following definitions. 3.1 Forward pressure The pressure borne by the floating hoop and the bay shoe: 1. The pressure in the bottom direction. 3.2 Upward pressure pressure The pressure from the bottom of the well to the wellhead borne by the float collar and the float shoe: Type 4.1 The entry mode of the float collar and the float shoe when rescuing the well is divided into self-filling type and self-filling type. 4.2 The float collar and the float shoe are divided into float type, spring type and movable plate type according to the working mode of their pressure devices. 4.3 Model representation method: Size code Working mode code Q\ is float type; "\" is spring type; "S\" is tongue plate type; Drilling fluid entry mode code: "Z" is self-filling type; "FZ" is non-self-filling type; Pressure code Name code: "IC" is float collar; "Fx" is float shoe 4.4 Standard example: The outer diameter 139.7mm (5im) casing is marked with I-type spring self-filling float shoe: Fx I -zr140. National Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industry 2000-03 -10 approved 2000-10-01 implementation SY/T 5618-2000 Note: For wells with a depth of 1500m, the pressure code is I: For wells with a depth of more than 1500m, the pressure code is TT5 Specifications The structure and basic dimensions of the float collar and float shoe shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 1. Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the size of the float shoe 6 Technical requirements and test methods 6.1 Material, Figure 2 Schematic diagram of the size of the float collar 6.1.1 The body is made of materials with mechanical properties not lower than the 35CrMo alloy structural steel specified in GH/T3077. The spring performance complies with G13/T 1239.2. 6.1.2 The internal materials shall be cast aluminum, cement and thermosetting plastics with good drillability, and thermoplastics shall not be used. 6.1.3 When cement is used for internal filling, G-grade cement mixed with quartz sand shall be selected, and the compressive strength of cement stone shall be greater than 25.MPa. 6.2 The body material shall be inspected by flaw detection in accordance with the provisions of JB4730. 6.3 The sealing element shall be heat-resistant, alkali-resistant and resistant; after being immersed in drilling fluid with a PI1 value of 912 at 150-180℃ and a temperature of 150-180℃ and No. 20 engine oil at the same temperature for 24 hours, the volume expansion rate shall be less than 3%, and the surface shall not be corroded. There shall be no cracks and the sealing performance shall not be reduced. 6.4 Threads 6.4.1 The threads at both ends shall comply with the requirements of GB/T9253.2. 6.4.2 The threads at both ends shall be phosphated. 6.5 The floating screen shall be tested for positive and reverse pressure bearing capacity, and the floating shoe shall only be tested for reverse pressure bearing capacity.
