BB/T 0020-2001
Combined uneven pallets are made of plastic and plant fiber as the main raw materials. First, they are made into profiles, and then various components are formed by the profiles. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, transportation and storage of combined plastic wood flat pallets. This standard defines the terms of combined plastic wood flat pallet components. This standard is applicable to plastic wood flat pallets (hereinafter referred to as plastic wood flat pallets) that are made of polyolefin plastics (FP, IIDPE, LDPE, etc.) and plant red fibers (sawdust, husk powder, etc.) as the main raw materials. 6.1 Basic requirements
The structural design of the pallet should be scientific and flexible to achieve safety and reliability, and meet the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation and storage. The pallet should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and should have anti-slip properties to ensure safe operation during transportation, loading, unloading and stacking. Empty pallets should be able to be stably stacked in multiple layers.
6.2 Dimensions and specifications
Pallet dimensions shall be in accordance with GB/T 2934 Regulations shall be followed. The specifications of pallets can be divided into 0.5t, 1T, 2t, and 3t according to their load R, and can also be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 6.3 Appearance

7.3.1 Structural dimensions

According to the provisions of GI3/T 1934.1-1991, the test sample is cut into standard samples and put into steamed stuffing water at 20℃ + 2℃ for 20 seconds after pretreatment. The water temperature should be kept constant during the test and the sample should be kept immersed in water.
