This standard is modified on the basis of the original GB/T14803-1993 "Twist-off aluminum anti-theft bottle caps for packaging containers". Compared with the original CB/T14803-1993, this standard has been modified as follows: the original standard name has been changed to "Aluminum Anti-counterfeit Bottle Caps"; the definitions of some terms have been added:
The product classification based on the packaging content and the reference standard GB10789 have been cancelled, and the product classification based on the opening form and pressure state has been added:
The specific specifications and dimensions of bottle caps are no longer specified, and only the dimensional accuracy is required. The specifications of bottle caps are applicable to the bottle mouths specified in GB/T17449 "Dimensions of Threaded Bottle Mouths of Packaging Glass Containers"; the requirements for raw materials are specified. Requirements, aluminum materials are in accordance with the requirements of YS/T91 "Aluminum and aluminum alloy plates and strips for bottle caps": the referenced standards add some food packaging material hygiene standards and their analysis method standards, and cancel the obsolete standards GB4807 and CB4847;
The appearance requirements have been partially modified;
The requirements for the color difference of the same batch of bottle caps have been added; the requirements for the alcohol resistance of the inner and outer surface coatings have been added; the heat resistance test method has been adjusted according to the applicability of the bottle caps: the factory inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828.1: the type inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of CB/T2829. This standard is proposed by the China Packaging Federation
