6.1.1 The test shall use a steel pipe with an outer diameter of 48mm and a wall thickness of 3.5mm or an outer diameter of 42mm and a wall thickness of 3.25mm in GB/T3092. The surface shall be coated with a uniform layer of red lead paint and the test shall be carried out after the paint is dry. For each test, the fastener shall be moved to the fastening position.

6.1.5 During the fastener test, the torque of the tightening bolt should be 35Nm. 6.1.6 When the fastener is subjected to various load tests, the loading speed should be controlled at 300~400N/s. 6.1.7
The total load in the test shall include the preload. Test method for mechanical properties of right-angle fasteners
Deformation performance test
When the fastener is subjected to the deformation performance test, the horizontal tube is subjected to a vertically increased load P. When it reaches 1kN (i.e., preload), the displacement measuring instrument (percussion indicator) is adjusted to zero. When P increases to 10kN, the test value 4 is recorded in Table A1 of Appendix A (Appendix of the standard). 5

Figure 2 Schematic diagram of deformation performance test of right-angle fasteners 6.2.2 Anti-destruction performance test
After the deformation performance test, the undamaged fasteners can be used for destructive performance test. At this time, an anti-slip support pad should be added to the lower part of the fastener (see Figure 3). When the load P = 15kN, all parts must not be damaged. The test results are recorded in Appendix A Table A2. 6.3 Test method for mechanical properties of rotating fasteners
6.3.1 Deformation performance test
The test method is the same as 6.2.1, except that the preload P is 0.2kN. When the load P = 7.0kN, record 4 values. The test values are recorded in Appendix A Table A3. The test only conducts one arc surface
Anti-destructive performance test
After the deformation performance test, the destructive performance test is carried out. When the load P=10.0N, all parts must not be damaged. The test results are recorded in Appendix A Table A4. 6.4 Tensile performance test of docking pieces
The fasteners are subjected to axial tension and the displacement value 4 is measured (see Figure 4). When the preload P reaches 1kN, adjust the measuring instrument to zero, and then continue to add load. When P increases to 3kN, record the 4 value. The test values are recorded in Appendix A Table A5. 6

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Fastener inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.1.1 Factory inspection The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall conduct appearance and accessory inspection for each piece according to 5.5. After the inspection is qualified and the product factory certificate is issued, it is allowed to leave the factory. 7.1.2 Type inspection includes appearance, accessory inspection and mechanical property inspection. The appearance, accessories and mechanical properties of the product shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of the technical requirements in Chapter 5. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) trial production appraisal of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b) after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, and the mold is replaced, which may affect product performance;
c) during normal production, at least one inspection is carried out for every 100,000 pieces or three months; d) when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; e) when there is a large difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement, if the type inspection fails, the product will be stopped from acceptance and shipment, and the factory will take effective measures until the type inspection passes before acceptance can be resumed. 7.2 Sampling method
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the secondary normal inspection sampling plan specified in GB/T2828 (see Table 2).
