Nonwoven fabric laying machine is an important unit machine in the nonwoven fabric production combined machine. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of nonwoven fabric laying machines.
This standard applies to mechanically folded cross-type laying machines that fold the loose fiber web after carding evenly and continuously into a fiber web with a certain width and thickness.

4.2 Each curtain rod is straight and smooth, evenly arranged, with a spacing tolerance of ≤1mm, the curtain rod tape is firmly riveted without looseness, and if the net laying curtain uses a rubber curtain, it should have anti-static properties.
4.3 The curtain has no creeping, blocking, or jamming during the reciprocating rotation. 4.4 The tolerance of parallelism between each curtain is ≤1.7mm. 4.5 All transmission parts of the whole machine run smoothly without abnormal sound and vibration. 4.6 The adjustment of the width of the net, the height of the bottom curtain and the slope should be sensitive and reliable. 1

4,7 Safety requirements
4.7.1 The safety protection settings of the whole machine should be safe and reliable, 4.7.2 The insulation of electrical equipment and lines is good, the protective grounding of the metal shell is correct, and the grounding resistance is ≤0.12. 4.7.3 The insulation resistance of electrical equipment is ≥1M2. 4.7.4 The withstand voltage requirements of electrical equipment: test voltage ≥1500V (AC), duration 1min, no flicker and breakdown. 4.8 The emission sound pressure level of the whole machine noise when no load is ≤85dB (A). 4.9 The coating of the product should comply with the provisions of FZ/T90074—1995. 4.10 Net laying quality: the net should be continuous and uniform. 5 Test methods
Articles 4.1, 4.3, 4.5, and 4.6 are tested by visual inspection, hand feel, and other methods. 5.1
5.2Article 4.2 is tested by visual inspection, hand feel, and a steel tape measure with an accuracy of 0.1mm. 5.3Article 4.4 is measured with a standard ruler with an accuracy of 0.1mm. 6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 The manufacturer shall conduct an empty-car running test on each product after it is fully assembled. 6.1.2 The factory inspection items are: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.9. 6.1.3 The products shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and the product certificate shall be filled before they can be shipped. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 When the product meets one of the following conditions, a type inspection shall be carried out: when new products and old products are transferred to the factory for trial production and shaping; a) when the product is produced continuously for five years or when it is produced again after being stopped for two years; b) when the structure, material and process of the product are greatly changed after it is put into production, which may affect the product performance; c) when the national quality supervision agency puts forward the type inspection requirements. d) 2 The type inspection items are all the contents of Chapter 4. 6.2.2
6.3 Judgment principle
