3 Terms and definitions
Abbreviation Method for determination of aflatoxin B in feed Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Test method for enzyme preparations
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Feed enzyme preparations are produced by enzyme-producing biological fermentation or extraction of enzyme-containing animal and plant tissues, have a clear or distinct enzyme catalytic activity, are effective in improving the digestion and absorption of feed nutrients by animals, and have biological evaluation criteria and performance requirements. They are enzyme products used as feed additives. 4 Classification, enzyme types and dosage forms of feed enzyme preparations 4. 1 Classification of enzyme preparations for feed
Enzyme preparations for feed can be divided into single enzyme preparations for feed, complex enzyme preparations for feed and mixed enzyme preparations for feed: 4.1.1 Products are separated and purified to contain only one functional enzyme component. Enzyme preparations for feed with the same composition and narrow range are called single enzyme preparations for feed. 4.1.2 Products containing two or more functional enzyme components - these enzymes are specific according to the different feed raw materials and system homogenization, and have enzyme catalysis on multiple components in the feed are called complex enzyme preparations for feed. 4.1.3 Products containing two or more functional enzyme components - these enzymes are specific according to the different feed raw materials and system homogenization, and have enzyme catalysis on multiple components in the feed are called complex enzyme preparations for feed. The feed enzyme preparation containing two or more main enzyme activities and having the same chemical reaction on some ingredients in the feed is called mixed feed preparation.
NY/T722—2003
4.2 Enzyme types of feed enzyme preparations
The main enzyme types and activities of feed enzyme preparations should be stated. The enzyme types that can be used as feed enzyme preparations should include the following categories: 4.2.1 Enzymes that strengthen animal endogenous digestive enzymes: such as acid protease, neutral protease, α-amylase, saccharifying enzyme, etc. 4.2.2 Enzymes that decompose non-starch polysaccharide anti-nutritional factors. Such as xylanase, β-glucanase, Ⅱ polysaccharide, etc. 4.2.3 Enzymes that destroy other anti-nutritional factors. Such as pectinase, phytase, etc. 4.3 Dosage forms of enzyme preparations for feed
Dosage forms of enzyme preparations for feed are divided into: solid dosage form and liquid dosage form. 5 Requirements
5.1 Safety requirements
5.1.1 If the source of enzyme preparations for feed comes from enzyme-containing animal or plant tissues, the enzyme preparations extracted from the edible parts of animals and plants are required to be used as the source of enzyme preparations for feed. The safety of the tissues should be determined: 5.1.2 If the source of enzyme preparations for feed comes from enzyme-producing microbial fermentation engineering, the microbial fermentation strain should be a special one. The enzyme-producing microbial fermentation strain that meets the following three conditions is a safe strain; the strain is non-pathogenic (including animal and plant pathogenicity); does not produce toxins and other harmful physiologically active substances; ... - the genetic stability of the bacteria is stable, easy to preserve, not easy to degenerate, and not easy to be infected by bacteriophages, etc. The fermentation strains that meet the requirements of food additives as enzyme sources can be judged as safe strains. 5.1.3 The process of producing enzyme sources through animal and plant tissue extraction and microbial fermentation engineering must be a safe process. According to the requirements of food grade preparations 1. Process 5.1.4 Any preparation extracted from the tissue of non-edible parts of animals and plants or produced by bacteria other than bacteria used as food additives shall be submitted to the statutory authority for safety testing according to the requirements of GR15193.1-1994. It shall not be used as the source of enzyme preparations for feed: It shall not be used as the source of enzyme preparations for feed using safe animal and plant tissues or non-safe strains. 5.1.51. Industrial grade Enzyme preparations are generally not allowed to be directly used in feed preparations. Only industrial preparations that meet the requirements of food additives can be used as the source of enzyme preparations for feed. It is strictly prohibited to use industrial enzyme preparations produced by ammonium sulfate precipitation process as the source of test reagents for feed.
5.1.6 During the post-treatment and re-production of enzyme sources, all raw materials, auxiliary materials, and additives in the process must be food grade or feed grade. 5.1.7 The entire production process must not be contaminated by pathogenic bacteria, pathogens, and other 5.1.8 Antibiotics, microorganisms and other prohibited drugs should not be added to the product. 5.1.9 For enzyme products, the enzyme source obtained by fermentation should state the strain of the enzyme and the basis for safety determination; for enzyme sources from animals and plants, the safety of animal and plant tissues should be stated; the production process should state whether it complies with the safety requirements of the standard. 5.1.10 The hygienic indicators of enzyme products for feed shall not exceed the standards specified in this standard. 5.2 Sensory indicators
a) Solid dosage form: consistent color, uniform particle size, no mold, deterioration, caking and peculiar smell; h) Liquid dosage form has a certain color and special smell of enzymes, the liquid is uniform, without precipitation and peculiar smell; 5.3 Physical and chemical indicators
a) Solid dosage form should be labeled with four indicators: enzyme activity, moisture, particle size, and mixing uniformity; h) Liquid dosage form should be labeled with four indicators: enzyme activity, pFI, and content; 5.4 Hygiene indicators
Should comply with the regulations in Table 1.

6.5 Mixing uniformity
6.5.1 Determination method
Ten samples are taken from different parts of the same batch of products, with each sample size being 50 points. The distribution of the ten samples must take into account the representativeness of the depth, number of bags or material flow in all directions. Each sample must be taken out from one point. No turning or mixing is allowed before sampling. Each sample is fully mixed in the laboratory. Ten samples are taken from the sample by the quartering method, and the enzyme activity of the representative enzyme is measured. Then the coefficient of variation is calculated. 6.5.2 Calculation of the determination results
The average value is given by formula (1):
Standard deviation $Where (2) and (3) are given:
r + (ry) (r -
e+-r++ - 10
The coefficient of variation CV is given by formula (1):
