Note: If the pH value of the analysis result is lower than 7.0, no further analysis is required for the sample, because in this case, the sample and the product it represents will be unstable.
5.3 Determination of active matter content
The mass percentage of active matter in sodium dodecyl sulfate (X,) is calculated by the difference reduction method according to formula (1). X, = 100 - X, - X, - X, - X4 Where: X. - ... The average value of the parallel determination results is rounded off to the nearest unit as the result. 5.4 Determination of petroleum ether soluble content

Petroleum ether solubles include unsulfated fatty alcohols and non-sulfated substances as well as sulfur-containing compounds that do not dissociate in aqueous solution. The petroleum ether soluble content (X,) is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T11989 and expressed as mass percentage. The difference between parallel determination results should not exceed 0.2%.
5.5 Determination of sodium sulfate content
5.5.1 Principle

Absolute ethanol (GB678);
Hydrochloric acid (GB622), 1:1 solution;
Barium chloride (GB652), 10% solution;
Silver nitrate (GB670), 0.1mol/L solution. 5.5.3 Apparatus
Glass filter crucible, P30, pore size 16-30μm, 30mL; Suction filter bottle. 500mL;

5.5.4 Test procedure
Weigh 1g of sample (accurate to 0.2mg) in a 400ml tall beaker, add a small amount of water to moisten, then add 100mL of anhydrous ethanol (5.5.2b), stir well, cover with glass III, place in a water bath and digest at a temperature below the boiling point of ethanol for 1h, filter with a glass filter (5.5.3a) while hot, and wash the filter with 100ml of hot ethanol (5.5.2a). Then use a mixture of 100mL of water and 20mL of hydrochloric acid (5.5.2c) that has been heated to boiling to dissolve the ethanol insoluble matter in batches and wash the beaker and filter crucible, use a clean suction filter bottle to filter the solution and washing liquid one by one, and transfer to a 400mL beaker, heat to boil, slowly add 15mL of barium chloride solution (5.5.2d), and keep it boiling for 30min. Filter with quantitative filter paper and wash with hot distilled water until the filtrate is free of chloride ions (check with silver nitrate solution). Put the filter paper and the precipitate together in a constant weight porcelain, slowly heat and dry to carbonize, then move into a 900℃ high temperature furnace and burn for 30 minutes until the residue is completely white. Move the crucible into a dryer and cool for 30 minutes, then weigh it.
5.5.5 Calculation of test results
+ The sodium sulfate content (X,) in dialkyl sodium sulfate is expressed as mass percentage and calculated according to formula (2): (ml = m.) × 0.6086 × 100 X(%)

6.2.1 Products of the same grade and batch number delivered at one time are considered a batch. 6.2.2 The product shall first be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard, and a certificate of conformity and inspection report shall be issued before it can be shipped. The receiving unit shall accept the goods in accordance with this standard based on the certificate of conformity, and conduct sampling inspection when necessary. 6.2.3 Sampling
The sample size shall be determined according to Table 2 based on the batch size, and the sample units shall be randomly selected from the batch. Table 2
Batch, number of bags and barrels

Use a sampler to take an equal amount of sample from each sample unit, so that the total amount is about 1.5kg. After mixing and dividing the samples according to the method specified in GB/T13173.1, they are divided into three clean, dry stoppered sample bottles, stoppered and sealed. The label indicates the sample name, grade, batch number, production site, sampling date and sampler. The sample is inspected by both parties to the delivery, and the third copy is kept by the delivery party for arbitration inspection. The storage period is one month.
6.3 Judgment rules
The test results of the sodium dodecyl sulfate sample are judged by the rounded value comparison method, that is, after the test results are rounded to the same effective digits as the technical requirement value according to GB8170, the inspection batch of products is judged to be qualified or unqualified by comparing the technical requirement limit value. If one of the physical and chemical index test results does not meet the requirements of this standard, it is allowed to take samples from the double amount of samples of the batch to re-test the unqualified items. If they still fail to meet the requirements, the batch of products will be judged to be unqualified. If the two parties to the delivery disagree on the product inspection results, the two parties may negotiate to resolve the issue. If necessary, they may jointly select an arbitration agency for inspection and ruling. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The following markings should be on the packaging bags, boxes or barrels: a.
Product name and grade;
Gross weight and net weight;
Production batch number and packaging date;
Manufacturer name and address;
Product standard code;
Shelf life.
7.2-Sodium dodecyl sulfate powder (needle) products can be packaged in polypropylene woven bags or cardboard boxes lined with plastic film. The net weight of each bag should not exceed 50kg, and the net weight of each box should not exceed 20kg; liquid products should be packaged in plastic barrels or suitable metal barrels. The actual net weight should not be less than the nominal weight. All kinds of packages should be tightly sealed without leakage. 7.3 During transportation, the products should be loaded and unloaded gently to prevent collision. Products packed in bags (boxes) should be covered to prevent rain and moisture. 7.4 Products should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from various sources of corrosion. Products packed in bags (boxes) should also be padded off the ground to prevent moisture and ensure that the container is not damaged.
7.5 Under the above storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of the product is one year from the date of packaging. 425
