6.5.1 Technical requirements of the instrument
Use a reconstituted tobacco micro electronic tensile testing machine or tensile strength tester that meets the following technical requirements: The center lines of the upper and lower sample clamps should be parallel to the direction of force on the sample, and the sample should be kept in the same plane during the force process. The distance between the sample clamps is 100mm
- The accuracy of the tensile force at break is within ±1%; The time from the start of the load to the break of the sample is (20±5)S. The effective measurement range of the instrument is between 10% and 90% of the total amount. 6.5.2 Measurement
The field test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T12914. Each sample is tested 14 times in the longitudinal and transverse directions respectively. Remove the two maximum and two minimum values of the absolute tensile force, and calculate the tensile strength with the remaining data. The tensile strength calculation result is rounded to 0.1N/mm2. 6.6 Folding endurance
, 6.6.1 Technical requirements of the instrument
The folding speed is 60 times/min, the folding angle is 90°, and the initial folding tension is 0.1N. 6.6.2 Determination
The test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T457--1989. The arithmetic mean of the number of folding times tested 10 times is used to represent the folding resistance. The calculated result is rounded to an integer.

Shaking frequency (120±2) times/min, amplitude 25mm (double amplitude 50mm), shaking for 5s every 30s, total time 5min, time control accuracy ±1s.
6.7.2 Determination steps
Take five samples and put them in a 250ml beaker, add 100ml (80℃±5℃ or 25℃±5℃) of full water. Place it on the shaking table, start the 523
