2.1.1.1GH1140 alloy, when smelted in electric arc furnace, the content of A1+Ti shall not be greater than 1.55%, when smelted in electric arc furnace (not vacuum induction furnace) with electroslag or vacuum, the content of A1+Ti shall not be greater than 1,75%. 2.1.1.2GH3039 alloy allows the presence of cerium (Ce). (Ce) is added on a calculated basis and may not be analyzed. 2.1.2 When conducting chemical analysis of finished steel pipes, deviations from the provisions of Table 3 are allowed, but the maximum allowable deviation value shall comply with the provisions of Table 4 in GB/T14992 "High-temperature alloy grades". 2.2 Smelting method
The alloy is produced by a smelting method approved by the supplier's competent department and indicated in the quality certificate. After consultation between the supplier and the buyer, other smelting methods that meet the requirements of this standard may also be used. 2.3 Delivery status
The pipe is delivered in a solution-pickling state or in a cold-drawn, cold-rolled state. 2.4 Mechanical properties
CB/T 1506294
Mechanical properties tests may be carried out according to the requirements of the buyer, but this must be stated in the contract. The mechanical properties of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. Table

Elongation
There shall be no cracks, folds, cracks, cracks, rolling folds, delamination, and scarring defects on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe. If there are such defects, they should be completely removed (except for pipes for mechanical processing). After removal, the outer diameter and wall thickness shall not exceed the negative deviation. Other minor surface defects that do not exceed the allowable negative deviation may not be removed and are allowed to exist. The allowable depth of the straight channel shall not exceed 4% of the nominal thickness. For the wall thickness less than 1.4mm, the allowable depth of the straight channel shall not exceed 0.05mm, but the maximum depth shall not exceed T0.3mm. 3 Test method
3.1 Dimension measurement method
Use universal calipers, micrometers, steel tape measures and other measuring tools to measure the dimensions of each pipe. 3.2 Surface quality inspection method
3,2.1 Check the surface quality of each pipe with the naked eye. 3.2.2 According to the requirements of the purchaser and after agreement between the two parties, ultrasonic flaw detection shall be carried out, but it should be indicated in the contract. 3.3 Chemical analysis method
3.3.1 The sampling method for chemical analysis of alloys shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GH22263 "Method for sampling samples for chemical analysis of steel", and one sample shall be taken from each furnace:
3.a.2 The chemical analysis of alloys can be carried out by the general method, but in arbitration, it shall be carried out in accordance with YB 790-75 "Chemical analysis method for high temperature alloys". The chemical analysis method of elements not specified or not applicable in YB 790-75 shall be negotiated by the supplier and the buyer. 3.4 Mechanical properties
Two pieces of finished pipes shall be randomly selected for room temperature tensile test in accordance with GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method": 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection and acceptance
The acceptance of pipes shall be carried out by the technical supervision department of the supplier, and the buyer has the right to inspect the pipes in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 4.2 Batch Rules
Pipes should be inspected in batches. Each batch should consist of pipes with the same alloy grade, the same smelting furnace number, the same step-by-step specification, the same heat treatment method and the same heat treatment system. Electroslag remelted alloys are batched according to the mother furnace number. 4.3 Re-inspection
4.3.1 When a test fails, the item should be re-inspected from different pipes [cut double the number of samples (including samples cut from the original unqualified pipes). If not cut from the original pipes, the original unqualified pipes should be scrapped. After the re-inspection, if one sample fails, the pipe should be scrapped.
4.3.2 For pipes that fail the re-inspection, the supplier can inspect the pipes one by one according to the unqualified items, and re-batch the qualified pipes for acceptance. The supplier can also reclassify the batch of unqualified pipes or reheat them and submit them as a new batch for acceptance. GB/T15062-94
4.4 Quality objection
The purchaser shall inspect the materials according to the provisions of this standard within 6 months after receiving the materials from the supplier. If the materials are found to be non-compliant with the requirements of this standard during the inspection, they shall be reported to the supplier within the prescribed period. When the supplier receives the quality objection from the purchaser, it shall negotiate with the purchaser in a timely manner.
4.5 Arbitration test
When the supply and demand parties disagree on a certain test result, an arbitration test shall be conducted by an arbitration unit agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5 Packaging, marking and quality certificate
The packaging, marking and quality certificate of steel pipes shall be implemented in accordance with GB2102-80 "General Provisions for Acceptance, Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificate of Steel Pipes".
