1 Scope of Responsibilities and Tasks of Each Stage of Pipeline Material Control Specialty 1.1 Scope of Responsibilities
1.1.1 According to the requirements of engineering design and the requirements of process for material specialty, as well as the data provided by process system specialty, it is responsible for stipulating the material, specification, standard and scope of pipeline materials. And make a final summary of the quantity of pipeline materials, submit a purchase order to the procurement department; responsible for compiling and processing the procurement technical documents of pipeline materials, and participate in inspection and testing when necessary.
1.1.2 According to the requirements of process system specialty and the data provided by users, it is responsible for selecting and stipulating the material and standard of thermal insulation, sound insulation and anti-corrosion coating materials. And make a final summary of the quantity of such materials, submit a purchase order to the procurement department.
1.1.3 Responsible for compiling and revising the standards, specifications and manuals of this specialty, and accumulating technical information such as experience in the use of new materials and new products and relevant data.

Design conditions for pipeline material control professional design quality assurance measures
4.1.1 Accepting conditions
1 The person in charge of the discipline shall accept the conditions provided by the relevant disciplines according to the design schedule, and shall distribute them to the relevant personnel in a timely manner after receiving the conditions.
2 The person in charge of the discipline shall check all the conditions accepted, and the reviewer of the discipline or department that proposed the conditions must sign. 2 The reviewer points out the errors and contradictions in the document and returns the document to the original compiler for correction. The reviewer verifies that the modified part is correct, then signs in the "Verification" column and sends it for review. 3 The reviewer is responsible for reviewing whether the document meets the needs of the engineering design. If there are any modifications, the original designer will be responsible for the correction and then go through the review procedure again.
