Sampling method Products are sampled and inspected in batches according to the contract number, and 5% of each batch is sampled, but the minimum sampling quantity shall not be less than 5.6.3 Judgment rules 6.3.1 The key items of the inspected products must meet the requirements, the main items meet the respective requirements, and those that meet the requirements for more than six (including six) general items are first-class products; those that meet the requirements for more than four (including four) items are qualified products. 6.3.2 If the qualified product rate of the sampled products is lower than 80% at one time, the sample inspection shall be doubled. If the qualified product rate of the second sample inspection still does not reach 90%, the batch of products shall be returned for repair. 6.3.3 The inspection items, measuring tools and testing methods of steel skylights are shown in Appendix B. 7 Marking and packaging 7.1 Marking Products shall have trademarks and qualified marks when leaving the factory. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 Products can be bulked or packaged according to user requirements before leaving the factory, but the window sashes shall not be deformed by external forces, and the product factory qualification certificate shall be attached. 7.2.2 Accessories shall be packaged and tied with wooden boxes or other suitable materials. Transportation, stacking and storage 8.1 Transportation 8.1.1 During transportation, it is strictly forbidden to throw or drop the products. They shall be placed flat. When transported vertically, the inclination shall be between 10° and 20°, and they shall be tightened with a rope tightener. 8.2 Stacking 8.2.1 Whether the product is placed vertically or horizontally, it should be leveled with pads and 100mm above the ground. The upper part of the product should not be under pressure after stacking. When stacking vertically, the inclination should be between 10° and 20°. 8.3 Storage 8.3.1 The products should be stored in the warehouse when they arrive at the construction site. If they are piled in the open air, they should be covered to avoid contact with corrosive media.
