This specification is based on the requirements of the document No. 42 of the 1997 China Petroleum Technology Supervision, and is edited by Dagang Youwang Group Construction Engineering Company. It was jointly developed with the China Shichong Natural Gas Corporation Engineering Technology Research Institute and other units. 1.01 Pressure vessels are special equipment widely used in oilfield production. In order to have unified technical standards for installation projects and ensure safe operation, this specification is formulated. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the installation, on-site segmented installation, construction and acceptance of steel welded pressure vessels for oil and gas processing with a design pressure higher than or equal to 0.1MPa and lower than 35MPa and a design temperature lower than -20°C. 1.0.3 The installation of tower equipment and heat exchange equipment can be carried out in accordance with the "Chemical Tower Equipment Construction and Acceptance Specification" HGJ211 and "Steel Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger" GB151. 1.0.4 This specification does not apply to the following containers: Containers heated by direct flames: Containers that are often transported; Containers that are subjected to radiation; Containers that require fatigue analysis; Containers that are governed by existing industry standards. The construction unit that welds and installs the pressure vessel on site must have a license issued by the labor department at or above the provincial level (including the provincial level) that is suitable for its category. 1.0.6 The welding of the container must be performed by welders who hold the corresponding category welder qualification certificate issued by the labor department. 1.0.7 Non-destructive testing personnel must obtain a qualification certificate issued by the labor department before they can undertake non-destructive testing work of the corresponding technical level and type. 1.0.8 The burst seams of the pressure-bearing part of the container are divided into four categories: A, BC, and D according to their location, as shown in Figure 1.0.8.
1.0.9 In addition to implementing this specification, the construction and acceptance of steel pressure vessels for oil and gas processing shall also comply with the requirements of the design drawings and the provisions of the relevant mandatory standards currently in force in the country.
1.0.10 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of pressure vessels shall be carried out in accordance with "Steel Pressure Vessels" -

3 Installation
3.1 General provisions
3.1.1 The installed pressure vessels must have technical documents such as the factory certificate, quality certificate and inspection certificate issued by the inspection department. 3.1.2 The testing instruments used during installation shall comply with the regulations of the national metrology department and be qualified after verification.
3.2 Foundation
3.2.1 Before installing the container, the foundation construction unit must comply with the following regulations when handing over the foundation to the installation unit:
1 The strength of the foundation should reach 70% of the design requirements, and be accompanied by technical data of the foundation inspection.
When the foundation is accepted, the allowable deviation of its dimensions must comply with the specifications in Table 3.2.1. 3
