This standard specifies the series varieties and main performance parameters, interface forms and dimensions of military microwave coaxial PIN switches (with PIN tube as the main control element, hereinafter referred to as microwave switches). 1.2 Scope of application
This standard applies to the selection of microwave switches when they are used or developed. 1.3 Purpose
The purpose of this standard is:
a. To provide military equipment designers and manufacturers with standard series and varieties of microwave switches suitable for military use; b. To minimize the use of similar non-standard varieties and improve the level of standardization and serialization; to control the development of microwave switches and meet the needs of military equipment with fewer varieties. c.

3.1 Symbols and Codes
The parameter symbols for microwave switches used in this standard shall comply with the provisions of SJ20612. 4 General Requirements
4.1 Criteria for inclusion in the series
Main performance parameters Standard general varieties suitable for a variety of applications, with a large application range, and with non-repetitive structures, installation methods and performance.

4.2 Factors constituting series varieties
SJ 20757--1999
The series varieties of microwave switches are mainly composed of factors such as model, main performance parameters, interface form and external dimensions. 4.3 Principles of series variety arrangement
Microwave switches are arranged from low to high according to the high-end frequency of the frequency band, and from narrow to wide according to the bandwidth when the high-end frequencies are the same.
4.4 Control signal
If there are no other provisions, the control level of the microwave switch is TTL signal. 4.5 Conditions for Withstanding Pulse Power
If there are no other provisions, the conditions for the maximum withstand pulse power of the microwave switches listed in this standard are pulse width 1us, duty cycle 1%
4.6 Working Environment Temperature
If there are no other provisions, the working environment temperature of the microwave switches listed in this standard is -55~85℃. 4.7 Model
If there are no other provisions, the microwave switch model shall consist of the following five parts, of which the first four parts are the necessary parts of the microwave switch model, and the fifth part can be included according to specific needs. WFK

Use letters to indicate microwave switches of different shapes and derivatives
Part 4:
N indicates absorption type microwave switch
F indicates reflection type microwave switch
Part 3:
The four-digit number indicates the frequency range of the microwave switch, in gigahertz (GHz).
The first two digits indicate the low end of the frequency range. When it is less than 1GHz, 00 is used.
The second two digits indicate the high end of the frequency range. The second part:
The first digit indicates the number of poles of the microwave switch. The second digit indicates the number of throws of the microwave switch. The first part:

5 Detailed requirements
5.1 Varieties of microwave switch series

5.2 Appearance drawing

If there are no other provisions, the English letter "G" in the appearance drawing of the microwave switch represents the common ground terminal: "E" represents the control terminal: "V\ represents the power terminal: "J" represents the RF signal terminal, where \J\ represents the common terminal of the RF signal, and "J" (=1, 2, 8) represents the branch terminal of the RF signal. The dimensions of the microwave switch appearance drawing are all in millimeters (mm). 5.3 Interface
If there are no other provisions, the RF interface of the microwave switch is in the form of an SMA connector, and the interface of the control port is in the form of an SMA, SMB, SMC and Pin (pin) connector. The size requirements of the SMA, SMB, and SMC interfaces comply with the provisions of SJ11073SJ50681/44 and SJ50681/49 respectively.
